摘 要

课程达成度体现了一门课程的教学情况，一般需要知道一门课程达成度是通过问卷调查来完成的。问卷调查一般是以纸质的形式存在的。但纸质的问卷调查需要纸张的成本，印刷成本，还需要人工的统计，统计时还容易发生误差。本课题主要完成了基于课程达成度评价的问卷调查APP，成功的解决传统纸质的问卷调查存在的弊端。

本文叙述了基于课程达成度评价的问卷调查APP系统的设计开发过程。实现了学生用户填写提交问卷调查的功能，教师用户编辑问卷题目，开启问卷和查看问卷结果的功能，系统管理员对用户，问卷，课程进行管理的功能。基于课程达成度评价的问卷调查APP系统主要实现了移动端和服务器端的交互，学生用户和教师用户通过手机移动端登录，系统管理员通过后台服务器端进行登录。

基于课程达成度评价的问卷调查APP系统是以android studio和eclipse为系统开发平台的，数据库是通过MySQL来完成的，同时数据库还借助了Navicat for MySQL这个工具。最后通过测试证明，该问卷调查系统能够通过查看问卷调查的结果得到课程达成度，在一定程度上简化了课程达成度评价，是对在线问卷调查的有效实践。

Questionnaire survey APP based on course achievement evaluation

Abstract

The degree of completion of a course reflects the teaching situation of a course, and it is generally necessary to know that the degree of completion of a course is completed through questionnaire survey. Questionnaire survey generally exists in paper form. However, paper questionnaire survey requires the cost of paper, printing cost and manual statistics, which are prone to errors. This project mainly completed the questionnaire survey APP based on the evaluation of course completion degree, and successfully solved the drawbacks of traditional paper questionnaire survey.

This paper describes the design and development process of the questionnaire survey APP system based on course achievement evaluation. It realizes the function of students' users to fill in and submit the questionnaire survey, teachers' users to edit the questionnaire questions, open the questionnaire and view the questionnaire results, and system administrators to manage the users, the questionnaire and the course. The questionnaire survey APP system based on the course achievement evaluation mainly realizes the interaction between the mobile terminal and the server terminal, student users and teacher users log in through the mobile terminal, and the system administrator logs in through the background server.

The APP system for questionnaire survey based on course completion evaluation is based on the development platform of android studio and eclipse, and the database is completed through MySQL. At the same time, the database also USES the tool Navicat for MySQL. Finally, it is proved through the test that the questionnaire survey system can obtain the course achievement degree by viewing the results of the questionnaire survey, which simplifies the course achievement degree evaluation to some extent, and is an effective practice for online questionnaire survey.

1.1 研究背景

随着时间的快速流逝，我国的高等教育水平在不断的发展，课程达成度的认证逐渐成为了衡量教学水平的重要标准之一，因此课程的达成度评价越来越得到学校和教师的重视，同时随着我国科技水平的迅速发展,智能手机也逐渐成为人们生活中重要的一部分，担任了一个很重要的角色，APP的使用也越来越广泛。经过国家的快速建设，国内大多数高校学生在校内方便使用网络已经成为现实。同时随着国家经济和互联网的快速发展，现在的大学生基本上都是一人一部智能手机，使用智能手机已经是在大学生当中一件很普遍的事情了。
