摘 要

近年来，由于医疗体制改革的持续推进和人民对医疗服务需求的不断增加，伴随着移动互联网技术的高速发展，越来越多的医疗机构在移动医疗上进行探索钻研。微信公众平台作为新媒体的后起之秀，因为具备“操作方便，消息传递的迅捷高效，发布和推送的内容的多样”等特性而备受欢迎，微信公众号的开发已经成为移动医疗的一个重要发展方向。

微信是腾讯公司于2011年1月推出的一款为智能终端提供即时通讯服务的聊天软件。它支持跨通信运营商、跨操作系统平台发送文字、语音、图片及视频等传播内容，为广大用户提供了一个全方位的通信平台。微信公众平台是腾讯公司在2012年为微信开发的一个新的功能模块。使用这一功能模块，每个人都可以创建属于自己的微信公众号，并在该平台上达到与目标人群进行全面沟通、互动的目的。医院微信公众号系统的建设有利于医院的宣传推广、扩大服务人群，有助于向公众普及知识、提高就医效率，有助于改善患者的就医体验、提供一个连接医生和病患的桥梁。本文主要研究内容如下：

1）针对微信公众平台和医院服务体系，分析和规划医院微信公众号系统，通过对微信公众平台进行功能性开发实现预约挂号，浏览医院资讯，患者留言等功能。

2）调用微信公众平台接口，实现用户自定义菜单的创建，消息回复，消息推送等微信公众平台相对其他通讯平台所特有功能。

3）基于web service和java，在微信端实现健康资讯推送，患者留言，自定义消息回复等功能，在java web页面实现具体的医院服务业务（预约挂号等）。

4）通过设计医院微信公众号系统，达到推广健康咨询，方便患者进行医疗服务，提高就医效率的目的。

In recent years, with the continuous developing of the medical system reform and people's increasing demand for health care services, more and more medical institutions do studying in the mobile health care along with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology. Micro channel public platform as a new media Rising star, because of its the ease of operation, content to publish and push the richness, message passing, and functional diversity characteristic of popular, micro channel for the development of the public, has become an important development direction of the mobile medical.

Wechat is a smart terminal to provide instant messaging service chat software,which is launched by Tencent company in 2011 January . It take mobile Internet as the position for customers to provide free instant messaging service. In communication, Wechat support cross communication operators, cross operating system platform to send text, voice, picture and video communication content, for the vast number of users with a full range of communication platform. The Wechat public platform is a new function module based on the Wechat,officially launched in 2012 . Using this platform, everyone can create their own micro channel number of the public, and realize the communication and the interaction of the groups Range’s characteristics. The construction of Hospital Wechat public platform system is conducive to the promotion of hospital, expanding service groups, contributing to the spread of public healthy knowledge ,improving medical efficiency and the patient's medical experience, providing a bridge to connect doctors and patients. In this background, the main research contents of this paper are as follows:

1. We analysis and set up the planning of the hospital WeChat public number system, and finish the WeChat public platform for functional development.
2. We call the WeChat public platform interface, realizing that user can create a custom menu, do message recovery, news push and other unique features of WeChat's public platform.
3. Based on service web and Java, we achieve outpatient introduction, appointment registration, information inquiries and other functions.
4. Through the design of hospital of public systems, we get the aim of promoting health care, allowing patients easy to the medical services, improving the efficiency of medical care.

1.1 研究背景以及研究目的与意义

1.1.1 我国医疗现状

医疗问题一直是我国人民和政府关注的热点问题。总体来说，我国目前医疗改革面临的问题很多（药费居高不下，群众看病难，卫生保障还未全面建设好，资源分布不均衡等等）。在当下这个信息爆炸的互联网时代，利用互联网进行医疗服务对传统医疗模式的改革有着积极的作用和重大的意义,移动医疗已经成为时下医疗服务体系发展的重要方向。

1.1.2 移动医疗的发展

移动医疗是指通过使用移动通信技术来提供医疗服务和信息^[1]。移动通信技术让我们能跨越时间、空间层面上的障碍，改变了以往患者只能前往医院“看病”的传统方式。不管在任何地方，人们都能获取医疗服务（与医生进行对话等），或是浏览各方面自己所需要的健康资讯，能够将之前的用于挂号、排队等候的时间和成本大幅度的降低。

1.1.3 微信公众平台中的移动医疗

微信公众平台作为新媒体的后起之秀，在移动医疗开发上具有广阔的前景。本文主要工作是基于微信官方为公众号提供的相关接口和服务，设计和实现面向移动端客户的的医院服务系统，使用户可以通过关注微信公众号在移动端就能方便的实现预约挂号等操作，并通过微信公众号的群发功能为公众发送医院咨询与健康咨询，向公众普及知识，提高就医效率。
