摘 要

近几年，移动互联网和手机市场日新月异，在移动互联网得到快速发展的今天，移动设备得到迅速地普及，与此同时，我国国民的心理健康问题也已经成为了大众关注的热点。传统的心理咨询因为其普及程度不够、隐私度不够等问题，不能被广泛接受，不仅耗费人力资源而且成效不高。因此，如何针对大众心理特点，开发出一款普适的移动应用，能让用户实时关注自身身心健康，并能随时进行心理测试，已经成为了一个亟待解决的问题。论文将设计和开发基于Android平台的心理测评app，设计该app的目的在于促进社会群众对于自身心理健康的建设，全面提升大众心理健康素质。

论文阐述了课题的学术背景和国内外的发展现状，因为目前社会大众的心理健康问题已经成为了值得关注的社会问题之一，各大研究机构都对于如何使心理咨询普适化相当重视。从大众心理健康管理的事迹情况出发，设计和开发了基于Android平台的心理测评app。在app的设计和开发过程中，对其功能需求、非功能需求以及系统设计、算法设计进行了详细的描述和分析。通过该app，用户可以进行登录、注册、参加内隐或外显心理测试、修改个人信息、查看推送的心理知识等等。App本着简洁清晰的开发层次，使用简单且界面友好，使用户能够及时关注自身的心理问题，保持健康的精神状态投入到生活和工作中去。

In recent years, mobile Internet and mobile phone market with each passing day, in the mobile Internet has been rapid development today, mobile devices have been rapidly popular, at the same time, China's national mental health problems have become a hot topic of public concern. Traditional psychological counseling because of its popularity is not enough, the lack of privacy and other issues, can not be widely accepted, not only cost of human resources and the effect is not high. Therefore, how to develop a universal mobile application for the psychological characteristics of the public, allowing users to focus on their own physical and mental health in real time, and at any time psychological testing, has become an urgent problem to be solved. The paper will design and develop the psychological evaluation app based on the Android platform. The purpose of the app is to promote the construction of the mental health of the masses and enhance the quality of the public's mental health.

The paper expounds the academic background of the subject and the development status at home and abroad, because the current social health problems have become one of the social problems worthy of attention, the major research institutions are very important to how to make psychological counseling. Based on the deeds of public mental health management, this paper designs and develops the psychological evaluation app based on Android platform. In the process of app design and development, the functional requirements, nonfunctional requirements and system design and algorithm design of the system are described and analyzed in detail. Through the system, users can log in, register, participate in implicit or explicit psychological tests, modify personal information, view the psychological knowledge of push and so on. App in a simple and clear development level, the use of simple and friendly interface, so that users can pay attention to their own psychological problems, to maintain a healthy state of mind into life and work to go.

随着社会的发展， 移动终端设备逐渐成为人们生活的重要组成部分，人类社会在智能终端的带领下步入技术高度发展的移动信息社会。与此同时，人们面临着来自生活各个方面的压力与竞争，心理问题日益凸显，囿于对心理咨询的传统看法，心理咨询服务往往也难以开展或者成效低下。

如何能使人们改变对心理咨询的刻板印象，并开始主动关注起自身的心理健康，成为了需要关注的社会问题之一。因此，结合移动设备的高度隐私化和便携性，让心理测评走进人们的日常生活，推广心理服务，具有非常重要的实践意义。
