中国互联网消费金融风险研究毕业论文

摘 要

互联网消费金融在近几年迅速的扩展,在金融市场占据了一片位置,传统金融和互联网技术的融合,加快互联网消费金融的推进。本文先阐述了互联网消费金融的发展历程和发展现状。发展历程大致从2005年之前的初始阶段到2005-2013年的萌芽阶段,其次是2013-2015高速发展阶段再到2015-2016的发展、风险与监管并存的阶段,最后是2017年开始的重拳监管下行业出清的阶段。再从颁布的政策法规和互联网消费金融发展规模上观察具体的发展状况。互联网消费金融平台在经过这几年的发展有了很大的起色,各种各类的信贷产品面向消费者供其选择,这种互联网模式给不少用户提供了方便,互联网技术和传统金融连结在一起有效地推进数据流量和成本资金的提供者合作。互联网公司可以依靠强大的风险管理技术和大量的数据流量构造独特的场景,作为有执照的互联网金融机构,所需要的资金成本不高,在用户方面略微缺乏。 因此,它们相互补充并建立了合作关系。但是互联网消费金融平台的发展也存在着很多不足,不同平台实力不同,管理上也存在着差距。或大或小的风险开始接踵而至。例如欺诈风险,信用风险,套现风险以及技术风险。互联网消费金融在近几年高速发展,但是存在不少风险的原因之一是金融基础设施的不完善,主要是在征信市场基础、法律法规制度以及监管规则等方面出现了问题。金融基础设施的建设是互联网消费金融能长期稳定发展的基础。因而在金融基础设施上需要更深入的研究。风险发生的原因还有互联网消费金融平台管理不到位的原因以及消费者在风险防范意识方面较为薄弱。而防范这些互联网消费金融风险可以从以下三个方面开始入手,即是政府层面、平台层面以及用户层面。政府方面可以完善个人征信系统,实现数据共享;完善法律法规,加强对机构的监管,平台方面可以加强网络安全技术建设,建立风控模型;提高产品服务创新升级,培养互联网人才。用户方面可以加强宣传与教育,提高消费者的风险防范能力 ;建立规范多层次信用等级,科普教育消费者信用理念。

Research on The Risk of Internet Consumer Finance in China

Abstract

Internet consumer finance has expanded rapidly in recent years and has occupied a position in the financial market. The integration of traditional finance and Internet technology has accelerated the advancement of Internet consumer finance. This article first elaborates the development process and development status of Internet consumer finance. The development process is roughly from the initial stage before 2005 to the budding stage of 2005-2013, followed by the rapidly development phase from 2013-2015 to the stage of coexistence of development, risk and supervision from 2015-2016, and finally the heavy punch that began in 2017 The stage of industry clearance under supervision. Then observe the specific development status from the promulgated policies and regulations and the scale of Internet consumer finance development. The Internet consumer finance platform has changed a lot in the past few years. Various types of credit products are available for consumers to choose from. This Internet model provides convenience for many users. Internet technology and traditional financial links Together to effectively promote the cooperation of data flow and cost capital providers. Internet companies can rely on powerful risk management technologies and large amounts of data traffic to construct unique scenarios. As a licensed Internet financial institution, the capital cost required is not high, and it is slightly lacking in terms of users. Therefore, they decide to cooperate and help each other. However, there are also many deficiencies in the development of Internet consumer finance platforms. Different platforms have different strengths and there are gaps in management. Large or small risks began to follow. Examples include fraud risk, credit risk, cash-out risk, and technical risk. Internet consumer finance has developed rapidly in recent years, but one of the reasons for the many risks is the imperfect financial infrastructure, mainly due to problems in the credit reference market foundation, laws and regulations, and regulatory rules. The construction of financial infrastructure is the basis for the long-term stable development of Internet consumer finance. As a result, more in-depth research is needed to change financial

infrastructure. The reasons for the risk are also the reasons for the inadequate management of the Internet consumer finance platform and the weak awareness of consumers in risk prevention. The prevention of these Internet consumer financial risks can be started from the following three aspects, namely the government level, platform level and user level. The government can improve the personal credit reporting system to achieve data sharing; improve laws and regulations and strengthen supervision of the organization; the platform can strengthen the construction of network security technology, establish a risk control model; improve product service innovation and upgrade, and train Internet talents. Users can strengthen publicity and education to improve consumers' risk prevention capabilities; establish and regulate multi-level credit ratings, and popularize consumer credit concepts for science education.
