1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述包含参考文献)

On the basis of summarizing and introducing the development history of mobile payment industry, it makes a comparative analysis of the development of mobile payment industry in typical countries, and combines existing research results to present useful implication and counter measures. Study the development of mobile payment industry in Mongolia have important theoretical and practical significance. 1. The research related to the History of mobile payment in Mongolia Economy and Finance report (2010) Internet usage in Mongolia has grown rapidly over the last few years, having surged by 1,000% for the decade. Despite such an enormous growth the volume of Internet subscribers in the country reached 10.9 % by the end of 2009. That may be compared to 1.1% in 2000 and 10.3% in 2007. E-commerce sector in Mongolia is still to be developing. However, the progress is obvious thanks to government support and incentives. Thus, government#8217;s e-Mongolia National Program has surged the level of Internet and related services awareness amid people. The other good example is Tentative Program on E-commerce in Mongolia, offered in early 2000s. The main goal of this program was to increase competitiveness of business entities through the main advantage of e-commerce that creates a new environment where traders do business irrelevant of location and time. Ganchuluun (2017) mentioned (argument, opinion) . Mobile commerce is shaping the future of ecommerce in Mongolia, but also around the world. Ecommerce sellers should bear this in mind when setting up their online stores and product listings. Mobile optimization and great mobile buying experience are a must for all growth-minded online sellers. To drive Mongolian traffic to your website, local marketing SEO will help you get it right. When you localize your online store for international markets, enable international search engines to index your content to improve your organic international traffic. You can also leverage services, such as Google Shopping and Facebook ads internationally. 2.The research related to the environment of M mobile payment industry Dustin Sodano (2017) In fact, China and Mongolia were the only two countries in which a majority of respondents said they favored using mobile payment platforms. China was something of an outlier, where 64% of respondents expressed a preference for mobile payments. Mongolia was close behind (63%). Robert Williams (2017) Published that Mobile payments are more popular in emerging economies than in developed markets, where they face greater consumer resistance, according to a study by researcher Kantar TNS cited by eMarketer. The only two countries where a majority of people preferred mobile payments to other methods were China (64%) and Mongolia (63%).Forty-five percent of internet users in markets classified as "emerging" preferred mobile payments, compared with the 23% average for developed countries. The preference rate was highest in the "emerging Asia" region at 48%. Worldwide, just 39% of respondents preferred the use of mobile payments, according to the survey of internet users in 56 countries. Sarah Clark (2019) mentioned Block chain mobile payments pilot to go live in Mongolia . Terra, a blockchain company building the next-generation payment system, today announced a partnership with Mongolia#8217;s capital city of Ulaanbaatar, to launch instant money transfer and lending services. Mongolia#8217;s fintech market is still in its early stages, but has recently experienced a series of successful IPOs from local startups that display the market#8217;s rising potential. As a reaction to this success, the Mongolian government has implemented progressive regulations that intend to facilitate the growth of startups and fintech, such as the Central Bank of Mongolia approving the launch of its first national digital currency license. The pilot program in Nalaikh city will launch with two main features: peer-to-peer (P2P) payments to allow instant transfer among users of different banks, and mobile payments to build the infrastructure for secure, contactless payments.. The program is set to launch within the next six months. ”We believe this pilot program with Terra will reform how the people of Nalaikh City make everyday payments. It will contribute to the development and enrichment of the nation#8217;s digital payment infrastructure, while creating a new online platform to easily share information and offering great opportunities to connect with our citizens through advanced technology,” said Radnaabazar Choijinsambuu, Governor, Nalaikh District of the Capital City. 2. The research related to the commercial bank#8217;s mobile payment services B.Tugsbilig (August 29.2017) mentioned that Mobile bank transactions reach MNT 3.1 trillion. Ulaanbaatar The Bank of Mongolia#8217;s mobile bank statement reports that Mobile Bank transaction in the first quarter of 2017 reached MNT 3.1 trillion, showing 2.7 times increase compared to the same period of previous year. Also, a total of 2.8 million people has been using the mobile bank application. More and more advanced technologies with easier online transaction systems are being introduced to the market. For example, local commercial banks are opening their online platforms and new services for smart phones. Using QR codes, Trade and Development Bank and Khan Bank users can now receive and make transactions. The user#8217;s account information is changed into QR code and can be used on every commercial bank#8217;s mobile applications. Also, Golomt Bank has introduced ”Socialpay” service. Using the "Socialpay", the user can use their social network accounts, such as phone number, e-mail address, twitter and facebook accounts, to make transaction and locate nearby people for transaction using their smart phone#8217;s GPS service. 3. Summary of research status quo I consider the e-payment and mobile payment infrastructure of a landlocked country located in East and Central Asia, Mongolia. The country, that has its capital in Ulaanbaatar, borders Russia to the north and the People's Republic of China to the south, east and west, although Mongolia does not share a border with Kazakhstan. Mongolia represents the 19th largest and the most sparsely populated independent country in the world, with a population of slightly over 3 million people. Mongolia's economy is focused on agriculture and mining. Mongolia has rich mineral resources, and copper, coal, molybdenum, tin, tungsten, and gold account for a large part of industrial production. Mobile payment sector in Mongolia is still to be developed. But Mongolia in which a majority of respondents said they favored using mobile payment platforms. Mongolia was (63%) of respondents expressed a preference for mobile payment. Most m-banking services used by commercial banks focus on existing (often upscale) customers who want more convenience, as opposed to bringing the unbanked into the financial system.4 Developing an m-banking service from scratch that effectively reaches the unbanked is not easy. In the first months of 2008, Opportunity Bank discovered many regulatory, technological, and operational hurdles. It hired external consultants to help develop an appropriate plan that focused on the following four activities that are required for any MFI developing an m-banking service. The first and most obvious benefit of m-banking for MFIs is better customer service. M-banking can provide existing customers with flexibility in when and where they make loan payments and deposits, shorten group meetings, and decrease cases of theft and fraud. References: 1.
