摘 要

中国和美国建交，两国贸易发展非常迅速，发展到现在，美国成为了中国第二大的合作伙伴，中国也发展成了美国第一大合作伙伴。但是，在中美双边贸易在几十年来急速发展的同时，出现了一系列些影响两国贸易往来的不良因素，导致中美关系紧张，贸易摩擦增加。特朗普入主白宫，中美贸易战开始正式打响。2017年，美国仅仅对中国就发起了22起贸易救济调查，我国成为被调查数量最多的国家。2018年，美国对我国一共发起26次贸易调查，数量也是惊人，金额又创造历史最高。“301”调查工具和“232”调查工具被重新调用，中美贸易摩擦愈发严峻。此外，在国际投资方面，美国阻止中国企业在美投资；在承认市场经济地位、汇率方面，全部设置了一系列障碍。延至今日，中美贸易摩擦甚至成为了贸易战。中国政府该采取什么方式应对，中国企业又该用什么态度应对，中美贸易战对中国战略的影响是什么？在本文结尾，笔者通过前文的分析得出一些重要的结论和相关建议，以及对中国战略的消极影响，在企业方面、国家方面、国际规则参与方面提出了针对性的意见。同时特朗普在国际事务中的非常的保守做派也为我们国家提供一个参与国际社会组织和制定规则的良机，希望中国能抓住机遇，做好准备应对挑战。

The Impact of Sino-US Trade War on China's Trade Strategy

Abstract

China and the United States established diplomatic relations. The trade between the two countries has developed very rapidly. Since its development, the United States has become China's second largest partner and China has become the largest partner of the United States. However, while bilateral trade between China and the United States has developed rapidly in the past few decades, a series of unfavorable factors affecting trade between the two countries have emerged, resulting in tensions in Sino-US relations and increased trade friction. Trump entered the White House and the Sino-US trade war began. In 2017, the United States launched only 22 trade remedy investigations against China, and China became the country with the largest number of surveys. In 2018, the United States launched a total of 26 trade investigations against China, and the number was also amazing, and the amount created the highest in history. The “301” survey tool and the “232” survey tool were recalled, and the Sino-US trade friction became more and more serious. In addition, in terms of international investment, the United States has prevented Chinese companies from investing in the United States; all of them have set a series of obstacles in recognizing market economy status and exchange rates. Since today, Sino-US trade friction has even become a trade war. What kind of approach should the Chinese government take to respond, and what attitude should Chinese companies respond to? What is the impact of the Sino-US trade war on China's strategy? At the end of this article, the author draws some important conclusions and related suggestions through the previous analysis, as well as the negative impact on China's strategy, and puts forward targeted opinions on enterprise, national and international rules participation. At the same time, Trump's very conservative approach in international affairs also provides a good opportunity for our country to participate in international social organizations and formulate rules. I hope that China can seize opportunities and prepare for challenges.
