摘 要

自从第二次世界大战之后，世界经济在迅速发展，而区域经济俨然成为了推动世界经济发展的重要动力，中国于1996年成为东盟全面对话国之后，致力于东盟自由贸易区的建设，终于在2002年的时候，和东盟国家达成了共识，并签下了《中国东盟框架协议》，从签下协议开始，双方领导人也就宣布了正式开始实施中国东盟自由贸易区的建设这个项目。在这篇文章中，我将会通过运用自己所学过的知识，从国际贸易的理论出发，来分析中国东盟自由贸易区建立以来所产生的经济效应，再联系实际，进一步对中国东盟自由贸易区的建设给中国市场以及中国的国民经济带来了哪些影响进行粗略的分析。通过理论分析，我得到了中国东盟自由贸易去产生了诸多贸易效应，如降低关税、增加贸易额等效应；也通过实际证明了东盟自由贸易区的建立对中国的经济以及中国人民的生活带来了诸多影响，有积极的影响也有消极的影响。针对这些效应以及这些影响，我对中国将来的政策提出了一些自己的看法以及建议：希望中国继续通过帮助东盟其他国家发展，来实现双方互惠互利、并且加快自己内部产业结构的调整，增大双方在贸易往来中的互补性、同时避免竞争中的冲突，扩大双方合作领域等方式来对中国东盟自由贸易区进行改进和完善。

21世纪的今天，世界经济正在迅速发展，全球经济一体化进程也在不断加深，而区域经济合作更是成为了当今世界经济发展的一个重要潮流。根据统计数据表明，目前全球正在进行区域内自由贸易活动多达3000多项，目前区域合作与发展正获得越来越多国家的重视。根据世界贸易组织统计，截止2015年上半年，向WTO通报的区域贸易安排已经达到700多个，目前，国际贸易活动中至少有80%是在区域贸易安排下进行的，区域合作已然成为了推动经济全球化发展的最新动力。中国在邓小平同志的带领下，经过这么多年的改革开放，俨然已经成为了世界中的经济强国，所以呢，对于推动世界经济的发展，中国有着不可推卸的责任，而且在这之前，很多国家不承认中国的地位，因此参与区域组织，从而获得其他国家的认可显得非常有必要^[1]。中国与东盟各国的之间，地理位置相邻，经济体制相似，东盟又是发展中国家组织的区域经济合作，在这样一个大的战略格局下，对中国东盟自由贸易区的研究，对于中国经济的发展以及中国国际地位的提升有着非常重大的意义。
