摘 要

随着手机端互联网的快速发展和手机的普及，给掌上公交APP的使用提供一个较好的发展空间。作为一种新型的商业运作形式，掌上公交APP即时信息查询软件从很大程度上解决用户与公交车之间的信息误差问题，在一定程度上解决公交车的空载率问题。

此文首先回顾并总结了之前的经验，借助过往学者的研究成果，然后从认知掌上公交的视角出发，联系掌上公交APP使用情况背景，整理出对应的调查问卷，实施问卷调查统计，并对采集到的数据信息进行整理。接下来分析影响掌上公交APP使用者行为的主导因素，调查结果包括掌上公交APP软件系统功能不足够安全与完善，会泄露用户相关信息，给用户带来一定的损失与困扰；二是商业之间的竞争，软件自我的功能完整性也会影响用户的使用；最后是用户个人文化素质、岁数大小以及工作和收入等不一样也是影响掌上公交APP使用的另一个重要原因。最后本文认为针对上述调研提出建议，如完善掌上公交软件功能、优化掌上公交功能性和便利性；建立安全保护系统，防止用户个人信息外泄给用户造成一定困扰等。

Investigation and Study on the use of Nanjing palmtop bus

Abstract

With the rapid development of mobile Internet , it provides a good environment for the use of public transport. As an innovative business model, the real time information query software of the palm bus solves the problem of information asymmetry between passengers and buses to a certain extent, and reduces the no-load rate of the bus.

This paper reviews and summarizes the previous research, drawing on the experience of previous scholars, from the perspective of perception of the palm bus, and combining with the background of the application of palmtop public transport, designed the corresponding questionnaire, conducted a questionnaire survey, and analyzed the collected data.

The research results show that the main factors that affect the user behavior of the palmup public transport are that the palm bus software system is not safe enough to reveal the user information and bring interference to the user. Secondly, the business competition is the competition, and the software's own functionality will also affect the user's stickiness, and the most later is the cultural level of the user itself and the age of the user. Different occupations and incomes are also important factors affecting the use of palmtop buses.

Therefore, this article believes that first, we should improve the function of the palmup bus software, optimize the function and convenience of the palm bus, and then build a security system to avoid the information leakage of the users, and bring troubles to the users. Finally, we should improve the market order by improving the relevant laws and regulations and unify the standard of price adding.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景及研究意义

南京是一座具有2000年建城史的历史文化名城，也是我国经济发展和城市建设最为活跃的长江三角洲地区中心城市，其发展对长江三角洲区域经济运作起到至关重要的作用。在以往的30年之间,随着南京的经济迅猛发展，市民出行要求的日益提高为公共交通发展创造空间。然而公共交通发展的趋势却不能达到使用目的，反过来，又为城市发展经济制造了许多麻烦。与南京快速的经济发展相比较,南京当前的公交发展状况不容乐观，城市交通发展问题,说明还需要进一步加大力度规划和设计城市公交的工作。那么，采取哪些措施促进其高效的发展，应该是是关注的焦点。所以，需要创新南京公共交通规划的模式、改变发展的方向,达到缓解供需矛盾，为南京市民的出行提供更多的选择，进而提高居民工作满意度和幸福指数，反过来又提高南京经济发展水平。在上文提到的情形下，掌上公交实时查询软件应运而生。

关于掌上公交APP即时查询软件来讲，使用者的忠诚度成为一定的考验，使用者对掌上公交APP的使用频率源于其对乘客出行习惯与方式的成功把握。
