江北新区共建区(六合)公交线路与场站调查及优化设计

摘 要

南京市江北新区作为江苏省首个国家级新区,重要程度自然不言而喻,但是随着江北新区不断地发展,交通拥挤、交通延误、交通污染等各种交通问题也接踵而至。众所周知,发展公共交通是改善交通问题的根本途径,也是交通可持续发展的主要措施,对于城市交通的长远发展具有重要意义。而公共交通的正常运行离不开公交线路及场站的合理规划,只有对公交线路和场站进行合理规划,才能更好地保障公交系统的正常运行,促进公共交通的和谐发展。

本文正是基于以上背景展开研究,首先以南京市江北新区共建区(六合)现有的公交线路及场站为研究对象,在查阅了国内外大量相关资料的前提下,总结出公交线路及场站优化设计的影响因素以及常用的技术方法等。其次,本文采用江北新区城乡公交居民出行调查数据详细地分析了共建区(六合)公交客流特征。接着,结合高德地图查找江北新区共建区(六合)内的所有公交线路和站点,计算出每条线路相应的指标系数,与规定标准相对比,总结出共建区(六合)内公交线路及场站所存在的部分公交线路绕行距离大、站点间距较小、站点覆盖率较低等问题。最后,针对研究区域内所存在的问题,逐一对各条线路进行优化,优化后的各项线路指标都达到了规定标准,公交站点300m和500m服务范围也达到规定要求,实现了乘客与公共交通的覆盖式连接。同时,镇村线路的平均站距明显增加,减少了乘客出行时耗,加快了公交运行效率。优化后的公交线路和场站不仅很好地弥补了现有线网布设的不足之处,还能在一定程度上满足未来客流的出行需求。

本文的研究成果对公交线路及场站研究提供了一定的理论参考价值,对江北新区公交发展提供了实际指导意义。

Jiangbei New District Joint Construction Area (Liuhe) Bus Line and Station Survey and Optimal Design

Abstract

Nanjing Jiangbei New District, the first national new district of Jiangsu Province, which is, without doubt, of significant importance; however as it develops, various traffic problems such as traffic congestion, delays and pollution have popped up. An essential method which is also universally acknowledged can be used in improving transport situation and supporting sustainable transport is to develop the public transportation, and it is of great significance for the long-term development of urban transport. Public transport can not work well without a well-organized plan of bus lines and stations. Only to arrange these bus routes and station with precision that these plans can guarantee the optimal function of the bus transit system and promote the harmonious development of public transit.

This dissertation carry out research exactly based on the above background. Firstly, taking the existing bus routes and stations in the Jiangbei New District (Liuhe) of Nanjing as a case, on the premise of referring several relevant materials at home and abroad. The influencing factors and commonly-used methods of the optimized bus lines and station design were summarized. Secondly, the residential public transport travel survey data in the urban and rural areas of Jiangbei New District is used to analyze the specific characteristics of bus passenger flow in the co-construction area (Liuhe) in this dissertation. After these, by using Gaode map, all the bus lines and stations in the Jiangbei New District co-construction area (Liuhe) were founded so as to calculate the corresponding index coefficient of each line, and compare these indexes with the prescribed standard. The results turned out that the bus lines in the co-construction area (Liuhe) , some bus routes are over-detoured distances, the spatial distance between some stations are limited, and the bus station coverage is low. After making optimization design to the above problems, each line was optimized and the optimized indexes all reached the standards, and the service range of 300m and 500m from the bus station also met the requirements, which realizing the covered connection of passengers and public transit. Meanwhile, the average distance of lines between town and village was increased significantly, the travel time of passengers was reduced also the operational efficiency of bus was improved. The optimized bus lines and stations plan not only make up, for the shortcomings in the existing network layout, but also meets the needs of future passenger flows to a certain extent.

The study results in this dissertation made a certain theoretical reference value for the organization of bus lines and stations, and provided practical help for the development of public transit in Jiangbei New District.
