摘 要

随着我国机动车交通日益发达,对非机动车的关心程度降低,非机动车利用率下降,非机动车的行驶空间越来越小,环境恶化,空间网络不畅通,非机动车行驶环境恶劣。我国多数城市缺少非机动车行驶环境方面的研究,城市中非机动车行驶环境存在诸多的问题,比如路权划分不明确,非机动车安全无法保障;缺乏网络化;断头路多;交叉路口非机动车与机动车混行现象明显等等,从而造成了非机动车交通事故增多,骑车人的舒适性差等。非机动车管理体系也不完整。学习了国外较为成功的非机动车行驶环境评价分析以及提出的改善非机动车行驶环境的对策,结合南京部分区域非机动车行驶环境的实地勘察结果和国内非机动车行驶环境相关的文献资料,本文将从非机动车行驶的安全性、舒适性和管理方面入手,对我国非机动车行驶环境进行分析评价,提出指标对应的物理条件和评价方法,并针对国内现在的非机动车行驶环境提出改善对策。

The evaluation of non-motor vehicles driving environment

ABSTRACT

In our country, motor vehicle traffic is becoming more and more popular, the degree of concern about non motorized vehicles is reduced, the utilization rate of non motorized vehicles is decreased.,the space of the non-motor vehicles is smaller and smaller,the environment of non-motor vehicle traffic is becoming worse and road traffic network becomes unusable. Most cities do not have plan about non-motor vehicle lane in our country, so there are many problems about the driving environment of non-motor vehicles, such as the way is not divided clear, the safety guarantee of non-motor vehicles can not be guaranteed, there are many broken ends in the road, non-motor vehicles get involved with motor vehicles in the intersection,which result in the increase in the number of non- motor vehicle accidents and the bad feeling of riders. Combining with foreign cases, this topic will discuss non-motor vehicle driving environment as the research object to design a non-motor vehicle environmental evaluation index and evaluation method, and puts forward the non-motor vehicle environmental improvement measures.
