年产500吨 D-对羟基苯甘氨酸分离工段车间设计毕业论文

摘 要

D-对羟基苯甘氨酸是是国家重点发展的一种药物中间体。它可以用于合成广谱抗生素,生产半合成青霉素与半合成头孢菌素。

本文是年产500吨D-对羟基苯甘氨酸分离提取工段合适的工艺流程设计,首先是本次设计的概况,包括项目的的介绍、产品的介绍、产品市场的分析、厂址的选择与耗材情况。接着对年产500吨D-HPG的分离提取工段进行了介绍,在工段中对转化液依次进行板框过滤、离子交换、脱色、浓缩、结晶。然后由物料衡算和能量衡算,得出每周期的物料通量以及能量消耗以此进行设备的选型。根据上诉条件,设计出科学的生产车间。最后完成年产500吨D-对羟基本甘氨酸分离工段车间设计,要求设计经济合理并具有可操作性。

Production of 500 tons of D-p-hydroxyglycine separation workshop

Abstract

D-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine is a pharmaceutical intermediate that has been the focus of development in the country. It can be used to synthesize broad spectrum antibiotics and produce semi-synthetic penicillins and semi-synthetic cephalosporins.

This article is an appropriate process design for an annual output of 500 tons D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine separation and extraction section. The first is the overview of this design, including the introduction of the project, product introduction, product market analysis, site selection and consumables . Next, the separation and extraction section with an annual output of 500 tons of D-HPG was introduced. In the section, the conversion solution was successively subjected to frame filtration, ion exchange, decolorization, concentration, and crystallization. From the material balance and energy balance, the material flux and energy consumption per cycle are used to perform equipment selection. According to the appeal conditions, a scientific production workshop was designed. Finally, the workshop design of the 500-ton D-hydroxyl-glycine separation section is completed, which requires economical design and operability.
