硫酰氟气体(SO2F2)促进的伯醇的偶联转化毕业论文

摘 要

本文主要研究了联苯甲醛及其苯甲醛衍生物的合成并考察用“一锅法”实现联苯甲醛与硝基甲烷的Henry反应。研究内容分为两部分:

第一部分参考相关文献在硫酰氟气体的作用下以联苯甲醇为底物制备联苯甲醛。

第二部分通过“一锅法”将制备而来的联苯甲醛与硝基甲烷反应生成硝基醇化合物。

对反应条件进行筛选优化,减少消除副反应,提高产率。选取代表性底物验证该方法的适普性。

研究结果初步验证了通过硫酰氟氧化联苯甲醇及其衍生物制备联苯甲醛并使用“一锅法”制备硝基醇化合物的策略是可行的,且此类反应转化率高,官能团耐受性很好,产率较高。

本文主要亮点是采用了以硫酰氟气体氧化生成的醛作为底物,通过“一锅法”发生类似羟醛缩合的偶联转化反应,加长碳链。

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the synthesis of biphenyl formaldehyde and its benzaldehyde derivatives and probes into the Henry reaction research on the use of a pot method to realize dibenzaldehyde and nitromethane. The research contents are divided into two parts:

The first part of the reference literature for PCB methanol PCB substrate preparation method of formaldehyde

In the second part through a pot preparation of biphenyl formaldehyde will react with nitromethane generate preliminary results demonstrated the nitro alcohol compounds by sulfuryl fluoride diphenyl oxide preparation of methanol and its derivatives biphenyl formaldehyde a pot and use the method of preparation of nitro alcohols compound strategy is feasible, and the reaction conversion rate is high, the functional group tolerance is very good, the yield is higher in this paper,

We highlight is adopted as a sulfuryl fluoride gas generated aldehyde oxide as the substrate, by a pan of similar coupling of aldol condensation reaction
