仿生核孔手性选择性传输DNA研究任务书

设计(论文)主要内容

1.利用化学偶联的方法合成一对苯丙氨酸衍生的手性柱芳烃,并且通过核磁氢谱,碳谱,质谱,紫外光谱以及圆二色谱对主体分子进行表征;

2.通过EDC/NHSS偶联反应分别将手性柱芳烃修饰到纳米通道来构建一对手性纳米通道;

3.通过原位监测的方法考察手性通道对DNA传输的影响。


完成的主要任务及要求

(1)查阅不少于30篇相关文献,其中英文文献不少于5篇,完成开题报告;

(2)完成实验部分并撰写不少于20000字的论文;

(3)完成不少于5000的英文文献翻译。

完成任务的时间节点

第一~三周:查阅文献,调研,完成开题报告;

第四~五周:了解课题背景,熟悉课题内容;

第六周:准备实验材料;

第七~八周:利用化学偶联的方法合成一对苯丙氨酸衍生的手性柱芳烃,并且通过核磁氢谱,碳谱,质谱,紫外光谱以及圆二色谱对主体分子进行表征;

第九~第十周:通过EDC/NHSS偶联反应分别将手性柱芳烃修饰到纳米通道来构建一对手性纳米通道;

第十一周:通过原位监测的方法考察手性通道对DNA传输的影响;

第十二~十三周:对实验中碰到的问题进行分析总结并进行论文的撰写;
