C/Si催化剂的制备及在酯化反应中的应用任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

油酸酯是一种无色透明、具有一定气味的粘稠状液体,它们在工业上被广泛应用生物柴油及润滑油。

工业上制备油酸酯多是以浓硫酸作催化剂,用油酸与各种醇为原料进行酯化反应而得,该催化剂会腐蚀设备,本实验自制C/Si固体酸催化来催化酯化油酸和醇的反应,不仅解决了设备的腐蚀问题,还为解决酯化催化剂的回收问题提供新的思路。
