论文内容 大肠杆菌(escherichia coli)因结构简单、遗传学背景清晰、生长周期短、生长条件清楚等优势成为最为常用的宿主菌,广泛应用于重组蛋白的表达。

特别是,大肠杆菌高密度发酵实现了生物质的高效积累以获取外源目标蛋白。

本课题是在实验室前期构建获得表达糖基转移酶的重组大肠杆菌基础上,进一步研究该菌株高密度发酵产酶的过程。
