凹凸棒土负载Pd催化剂上苯乙烯选择氧化性能研究毕业论文

摘 要

目前工业上环氧苯乙烷是由卤醇法、过氧酸法制备的。但是这些方法物耗和能耗都很高,环境污染严重,反应工艺复杂。因此有必要找出一种环境友好的、催化剂易于回收利用又具有较高活性与选择性的高效液相催化体系。

凹凸棒土又名坡缕石,是一种层链状结构的含水镁铝的硅酸盐矿物,苯乙烯的环氧化反应的研究是在Pd/ PAL在Fe,Co改性后的复合催化剂下用叔丁基过氧化氢环氧化进行的,Pd/ PAL在苯乙烯的环氧化反应中表现出了良好的转化活性和选择性是非常有前景的。

本课题拟采用Pd/ PAL催化剂进行苯乙烯液相环氧化反应研究。研究工作主要包括以下几个方面:

  1. 利用合成的Pd/ PAL系列催化剂,进行苯乙烯氧化反应,确定该催化体系主要产物。
  2. 对苯乙烯氧化反应体系,以环氧苯乙烷为目的产物,考察溶剂、反应时间、催化剂中Fe,CO比例以及催化剂的制备方法对该反应的影响,对上述工艺条件进行优化。

Selective Oxidation of Styrene Over Palygorskite Supported Pd catalyst

Abstract

Present industry mainly adopt halogen alcohol method、Synthesis of peracetic acid method、Halconn method,material consumptions, and high energy consumption, serious pollution and complex reaction progress. It is necessary to find out a kind of environmental friendly catalyst, which is easy to be recycled and has a highly active and selective high-performance liquid catalytic system.

Attapulgite also known as palygorskite, chain-like structure is a layer of hydrous magnesium aluminum silicate minerals, Styrene epoxidation reaction is Pd /PAL in Fe, Co modified composite catalyst by using tert-butyl hydroperoxide epoxidation conducted, Pd /PAL in the epoxidation reaction of styrene exhibit good conversion activity and selectivity are very promising.

The issue to be adopted Pd / PAL catalyst phase Epoxidation of styrene. The main research work includes the following aspects:

(1) the use of synthetic Pd / PAL series catalyst for styrene oxidation catalytic system for determining the main product.

(2) the oxidation reaction system of styrene to styrene oxide is the desired product investigated solvent, reaction time, catalyst Fe, CO ratio and the impact on the preparation of the catalyst reaction, the above process conditions were optimized.
