1)查阅NST1基因,基因敲除等相关文献资料; 2)制定详细实验方案,了解整个实验思路,熟悉相关实验操作,并完成开题报告; 3)利用同源重组法敲除酵母中NST1基因,并验证敲除菌是否敲除成功,进行稀释点样实验; 4)整理并分析实验数据,最后撰写毕业论文;
