虫草寡糖降血糖作用的药效学研究毕业论文

摘 要

本次实验的目的是考察虫草寡糖降血糖作用。寡糖又称低聚糖,是一种不消化性糖类,但可以被消化道的菌群利用。现今的研究发现部分寡糖有降血糖的功效,而虫草的寡糖提取物的降血糖作用还未被发掘。本次实验通过建立C57/BL小鼠2型糖尿病模型,探索不同剂量组的虫草寡糖对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。本次实验将实验小鼠分为空白对照组,模型对照组,虫草寡糖低剂量组,虫草寡糖高剂量对照组,首先对24只C57/BL小鼠进行小剂量STZ(链脲佐菌素)注射结合高脂饲料喂养,形成2型糖尿病C57/BL小鼠模型,随后对小鼠口服灌胃给药,连续8周,每周观察小鼠状态并测量小鼠体重,检测第0、5、6、7、8周小鼠的空腹血糖含量,第八周时将实验小鼠放入代谢笼中收集24 h尿液量。实验结果表明,第八周时糖尿病模型组和空白组相比血糖含量显著升高,虫草寡糖高剂量组(200 mg/kg)与模型组相比血糖显著下降,而且不同剂量的虫草寡糖随着给药时间的延长均对小鼠血糖有改善趋势,第八周时糖尿病模型组和空白组相比尿液量显著升高,虫草寡糖高剂量组与模型组相比尿液量显著下降。最终得出结论,高剂量虫草寡糖能够起到降血糖的作用。

Abstract

The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of cordyceps oligosaccharides.Oligosaccharides,also known as oligosaccharides,are indigestible sugars, but can be used by the bacteria in the digestive tract.Current research has found that some oligosaccharides have a hypoglycemic effect,and the hypoglycemic effect of Cordyceps oligosaccharide extracts has not yet been discovered. This experiment explored the effect of different dose groups of Cordyceps oligosaccharides on blood glucose in type 2 diabetic mice by establishing a type 2 diabetes model in C57/BL mice.In this experiment,the experimental mice were divided into a blank control group,a model control group,a low-dose Cordyceps oligosaccharide group,and a high-dose Cordyceps oligosaccharide control group.First,24 C57/BL mice were treated with low-dose STZ 2) Injection combined with high-fat feed feeding to form a type 2 diabetes C57/BL mouse model,followed by oral gavage of mice for 8 consecutive weeks,observe the status of mice and measure the weight of mice every week for At 5,6,7 and 8 weeks,the fasting blood glucose content of the mice.At the eighth week,place the experimental mice in a metabolic cage to collect urine volume for 24 hours.The experimental results show that the blood glucose content of the diabetes model group and the blank group increased significantly at the eighth week, and the high-dose Cordyceps oligosaccharide group (200 mg/kg) decreased significantly compared with the model group,and different doses of Cordyceps oligosaccharides The prolonged administration time has a tendency to improve the blood glucose of mice. At the eighth week, the urine volume of the diabetes model group and the blank group was significantly increased,and the urine volume of the high-dose Cordyceps oligosaccharide group was significantly lower than that of the model group.Finally,it was concluded that high-dose cordyceps oligosaccharides can play a role in lowering blood sugar.
