基于GC-MS的弱精子症精子代谢组学研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

1、 内容 在试验过程中,制定出一套试验方案,也就是具体步骤,即:1、精子细胞的收集与处理2、气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gc-ms)进样分析3、数据处理与分析。

本实验以人精子细胞为研究对象,研究精子细胞内小分子代谢物群,探讨活力低下的精子与正常精子间的差异,并寻找潜在的生物标志物。

2、 要求 掌握文献查阅的一般方法,学会使用计算机在中国期刊网,维普数据库,超星数字图书馆,elsevier电子期刊,pub med,sci等检索资源上查阅关于细胞代谢组学的相关文献。
