超细纤维用纺丝油剂的制备与应用毕业论文

摘 要

超细纤维油剂是指应用于超细纤维生产和纺织过程的助剂,其作用是调整纤维的摩擦性能,使纤维抱合性能提高,调整纤维束平滑性能,减少或者消除超细纤维生产过程及纺纱过程中产生的静电,保证超细纤维生产和纺织加工的顺利进行。

本文就超细纤维油剂与纺丝性能的相互作用关系进行了系统的研究。根据表面活性剂各种组分之间以及与织物相互作用的机理和增效性,借助多种研究手段,对油剂组分中的的平滑剂、抱合剂、乳化剂、抗静电剂等进行优选,并确定了油剂配方,研制了超细纤维油剂并已成功应用。

结果表明,以十四酸甲酯磺酸钠、十四酸聚氧乙烯酯(OE7)和平平加OS-15为原料,且三者比例为2∶1∶1时,合成的自制油剂对超细纤维的应用效果最好,每千米断头数为6,且不受温度和湿度的影响。

Preparation and application of superfine fiber spinning oil

Abstract

Microfiber is the applied oil and additives microfiber textile production process, which is to adjust the fiber friction properties, cohesion properties of the fibers improve, smooth adjustment of the fiber bundle performance, reduce or eliminate the production process and microfiber produced by electrostatic spinning process, to ensure smooth microfiber textile production and processing.

In this paper, the interaction between the oil and spinning performance microfiber was studied systematically. According to various components between the surfactant and the mechanism of interaction and synergy of fabric, with a variety of research tools for the oil component in smoothing agent, hold agents, emulsifiers, antistatic agents conducted Preferably, and to determine the oil formulation, developed microfiber oil and has been successfully applied.

The results showed that fourteen methyl sulfonate, polyoxyethylene myristyl acetate (OE7) and Peregal OS-15 as raw material, and the ratio of 2:1:1 when the three synthetic oil for homemade Microfiber is the best application results, the number of breaks per kilometer of 6, and is not affected by temperature and humidity.
