年产5000万米涤棉织物印染厂设计毕业论文

摘 要

随着社会的飞速发展,时代不断的进步,面料在市场上的销量不断提高,但是也迎来了消费者更多的要求,而涤棉纤维这种混纺面料不仅具有棉织物的优良性能而且也具备化纤织物的风格和特点,缩水率小,尺寸稳定,具有挺拔、易洗、快干、不易折皱的特点,在干、湿状态下耐磨性和弹性好,因而涤棉织物能从众多织物中脱颖而出,在面料市场上有着不俗的表现。

本课题旨在设计一个年产5000万米的涤棉织物印染厂。本厂的产品主要以漂白布、热熔染色、高温高压卷染和圆网印花为主。本设计中遵循优先选用国产设备、合理布局节省用地、多选用一体机节约开支等原则。在确定了产品方案和工艺流程后对坯布的选择、产品产量、设备选择进行了详细的说明,并且对厂房形式、主生产车间设备布置和环境保护等方面进行合理的规划。

Design of polyester cotton fabric dyeing and printing factory with an annual output of 50 million meters

Abstract

With the progress of the society,consumers are increasingly demanding onthe fabric,the characteristics of polyester cotton fiber make the polyester cotton fabric deeply loved by the consumers and the market demand is increasing.

The purpose of this project is to design an annual output of 50 million meters of polyester cotton fabric printing and dyeing factory.The main products of our factory are bleached white cloth, hot melt dyeing, high temperature and high pressure dyeing and round screen printing.After determining the product scheme and process flow, the selection of the grey cloth, the output of the product and the selection of the equipment are described in detail.Besides, the plant form, plant layout an, environmental protection and other aspects are reasonably planned.
