摘 要

荧光分析法操作简便,而且选择性很高,灵敏度强,应用范围、前景都很广泛,在生物、化学、医药、环境治理等多个领域中都具有相当大的优势。荧光染料是荧光检测的最关键的原料,其性能很大程度上决定了检测的准确度、灵敏性。

相对于其他有机染料,BODIPY染料更有价值,它具有较大的摩尔吸收系数(ε)红外吸收波长,窄荧光波长和高荧光量子产率等优异的光物理性能。除此之外,其具有良好的水溶性,低毒性等特征[1-3]。这些性质使得含有Bodipy的分子能够被相应地设计用于基于Bodipy的荧光传感器的开发,受到研究人员的广泛青睐。

Cu2 是一种重金属离子,在环境中广泛存在。它是人体内含量居第二的微量元素,在生物体中起着维持身体正常运作,调节身体平衡的作用,生命体细胞中的血液再生就需要铜元素的参与,铜离子也是部分酶反应和生物体中的氧化、还原反应的必需品。如果身体内的Cu2 代谢遭到破坏,将可能导致一些疾病,如梅克斯和威尔逊综合征等[4-5]

本设计拟在Bodipy母体上修饰一些功能性基团,设计合成一种新型的铜离子荧光传感器,对其进行表征,详细研究了该传感器的光物理学性质和选择性,对未来研究更多金属离子的传感器提供有效合理的方法和科学依据。

Design and Synthesis of Chemical Sensors Based on Bodipy for Identification of Copper (II) Ions

Abstract

Fluorescence analysis is a simple method of high selectivity and strong sensitivity. The prospects and its application range are very broad, having considerable advantages in biological, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental management and other fields. Fluorescent dye is the most critical raw material for fluorescence detection and its performance determines the accuracy and sensitivity of detection.

Compared to other organic dyes, BODIPY dyes are more valuable and have excellent photophysical properties such as larger molar absorption coefficient (ε), infrared absorption wavelength, narrow fluorescence wavelength and high fluorescence quantum yield. In addition, it has good water solubility, low toxicity and other characteristics. These properties make it possible for researchers to have molecμLes which contains BODIPY specifically designed for the development of Bodipy-based fluorescence sensors, which are widely favored by researchers.

Cu2 ranks second according to content of trace elements in the human body and it plays a role in maintaining the normal operation of the body to regμLate the role of body balance. Hematopoiesis in human cells requires the participation of copper, and some of the enzyme reactions and redox reactions in the human body also require copper ions. If Cu2 metabolism of the body is destroyed, it may lead to some diseases, such as Mexes and Wilson syndrome.

This design is intended to modify some functional groups on the parent of Bodipy. A new type of copper ion fluorescence sensor is designed and characterized. The photophysical properties and selectivity of the sensor are studied in detail. For the future study of more metal ions in the sensor, It will provide effective and reasonable method and scientific basis.
