单分散光子晶体制备荧光可调碳量子点毕业论文

摘 要

碳量子点(CDs)以其光稳定性、低毒、良好生物相容性,以及独特的荧光特性而受到广泛的关注。本文先通过乳液聚合法制备环氧基团富集的聚苯乙烯-co-聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PS-co-PGMA)单分散光子晶体前驱体,然后通过高温热解法简便快速的制备了荧光可调的碳量子点。考察了不同热解温度制备的碳量子点的荧光性质(波长,寿命,量子产率等)。通过透射电镜、红外等表征手段证明了环氧基团在不同温度下热解程度不同导致了碳量子点的荧光可调。荧光可调碳量子点在光电领域表现出极大地潜在应用,因此我们利用所制备的碳量子点固体直接作为LED荧光粉,制备了光学性能良好的白光LED。这为多功能荧光碳量子点的众多应用,例如:传感器,生物标记等又创造了一个广泛的应用前景。

Tunable Fluorescence Carbon Dots Synthesized By Monodisperse Photonic Crystals

Abstract

Carbon dots (CDs) with photostability, low toxicity, excellent biocompatibility and special have received widespread attention. In this work, we report the synthesis of multicolor fluorescent carbon quantum dots from chemical unzipping of epoxy-enriched poly(styrene-co-glycidylmethacrylate) (PS-co-PGMA) photonic crystals via a simple one-step pyrolysis procedure. The fluorescence properties (wavelength, lifetime, quantum yield) of as-prepared CDs under different temperature was investigated. According to the analysis of TEM, FTIR characterization we confirmed that the tunable fluorescence of CDs origin from pyrolysis of epoxy groups in different extent under different temperature. Tunable fluorescence CDs show great potential application on electro-optic field. Herein we take this as-prepared solid CDs as phosphor directly and successfully prepared white LED with good optical properties which created a new outlook for the application of CDs regardless of the already exist applications like sensor, biomarker.
