炼厂生产加工方案优化开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

炼厂作为连接上游源点以及下游市场的关键枢纽,承载着油品的供应任务 [1-2] 。

炼厂的生产储运过程
是典型的混合生产过程系统,整个生产过程从原油进厂开始,经过原油罐区的存储和混合,由生产装置加工处理后,在成品油罐区调和生成成品油并存储,最后输送至用户。

炼厂调度的任务即是利用有限的生产设备,解决生产过程中对各油品需求在时间及数量上的矛盾 [3] 。

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

按照炼厂生产调度优化模型参数的确定性,可将已有的研究成果分为确定性调度和不确定性调度。


1.1 确定性调度确定性炼厂生产调度优化模型是研究炼厂生产调度的基础,而时间表达是影响其模型结构的关键因素,因此,可基于时间表达法对确定性模型进行分类。

炼厂生产调度过程是一个连续过程,为了方便建模求解,一般将连续的调度过程分割成一些时间间隔,再对其按照批处理过程的调度方法建立模型进行求解 [8-9] 。

3. 研究计划与安排
