氯化氢氧化反应的流化床过程强化毕业论文

摘 要

副产物氯化氢难处理的问题严重困扰着相关涉氯化工产业的发展。氯化氢催化氧化制氯是实现氯资源循环利用的有效途径,此过程是高温下的放热可逆反应,且体系气氛具有强腐蚀性。

本实验采用光滑单管来进行氯化氢氧化实验,同时加入适量催化剂,通过改变单管内结构例如:加毛刺单管流化床 半段毛刺单管流化床 全毛刺单管等进行实验。通过不同条件下的反应得出相应的关系,例如空时和氯化氢转化率的关系,氯氧比与氯化氢转化率之间的关系等。实验过程中通过改变氧气与氯化氢进料流量,待反应温度升至430℃后,在三通管处进行取样,取样时将产物气体通入200ml碘化钾溶液1MIN。然后采用硫代硫酸钠溶液以及氢氧化钠溶液进行滴定,继而算出氯化氢的流量以及转化率。

Strengthening of the fluidized bed process for the oxidation of hydrogen chloride

Abstract

Catalytic oxidation has been recognized as the best way to recycle chlorine from byproduct HCl, which is a growing serious problem faced in chlorine related industry. HCl oxidation is a reversible and exothermic reaction, and the system is at a strong corrosive atmosphere.

We use the smooth tube for the hydrogen chloride oxidation experiments while add proper amount of catalyst.Then we change the tube structures such as burr single fluidized bed half,burr single fluidized bed and burr tube etc.We obtain some conclusion under different conditions,such as the relationship between space-time and the conversion of hydrogen chloride,the relationship between the oxychloride ratio and the conversion of hydrogen etc.In this experiment,we change the feed flow of the hydrogen chloride and oxygen.We sampling and titration the product with sodium hydroxide and sodium thiosulfate when the temperature goes to 430℃.Finally,we calculated the flow and conversion rates of the hydrogen chloride.
