年产1万吨HFC-125生产车间工艺设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次生产设计的对象是HFC-125,又称五氟乙烷,它是一种对臭氧层的没有破坏作用,并且不会引起温室效应氟化烃化合物,又被广泛应用于发泡剂、溶剂和灭火剂等领域,尤其在配制混合制冷剂方面获得最广泛重视。目前,HFC-125已成为国内外消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)替代品开发的热点,这种产品的市场需求年复一年不断增长,所以它的价格也不断上涨,同时随着生产技术越来越成熟,HFC-125的产品规格逐渐增加,应用的范围也逐渐扩大,所以本次的设计生产目标HFC-125具有相当的生产意义和生产价值。

本次设计内容是年产1万吨HFC-125生产车间工艺设计。在阅读参考文献和联系国内实际生产情况后,本设计以工业四氯乙烯为原料,采用气相催化氟化法设计年产10000吨HFC-125的生产车间。四氯乙烯工艺,原料成本低,技术也更加成熟,是HFC-125主要的工业生产路线。

本次设计内容主要包括:产品简介,项目背景,设计依据,工艺流程设计,利用Aspen进行流程模拟做物料与能量衡算,做主要设备的选型和计算,选用适用于高转化率和高选择性反应的固定床反应器,选用造价成本低、塔板效率高的筛板精馏塔,进行车间布置设计、三废处理和经济核算等内容。本设计还包括与本项目相关的工艺流程图和车间设备平面布置图等设计图纸。

Abstract

As an alternative of chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds, HFC-125 (aka pentafluoroethane) has received widespread attention because of its low damage to atmospheric ozone layer and no greenhouse effect. It is widely used in foaming agent, solvent and fire extinguishing agent, especially in the preparation of mixed refrigerant. At present, HFC-125 has become a hot spot in the development of substitutes for ozone-depleting substances (ODS) at home and abroad. Its market demand is increasing year by year and its price is rising continuously. Moreover, with the maturing of HFC-125 production technology, its product specifications are gradually increasing and its application scope is gradually expanding. Therefore, the design and production target of HFC-125 at this time has considerable production significance and production value.

The content of this design is the process design of HFC-125 production workshop with an annual output of 10,000 tons. After reading references and connecting with the actual production situation in China, this design uses industrial tetrachloroethylene as raw material and adopts gas phase catalytic fluorination method to design a production workshop with an annual output of 10,000 tons of HFC-125. Tetrachloroethylene is a leading route for industrial production of HFC-125 due to its easily available raw materials, low cost of raw materials and mature process technology.

The design content mainly includes: product introduction, project background, design basis, production process plan, process flow design, using Aspen to carry out process simulation for material and energy balance calculation, selecting and calculating main equipment, selecting fixed bed reactor suitable for high conversion rate and high selectivity reaction, selecting sieve tray rectification tower with low cost and high tray efficiency, carrying out workshop layout design, three wastes treatment and economic accounting, etc. This design also includes design drawings such as process flow diagram and workshop equipment layout diagram related to this project.
