年产2000吨衣康酸醇树脂工艺设计毕业论文

摘 要

本设计的设计目的是衣康酸醇酸树脂的生产工艺设计,设计能力是每年生产衣康酸醇酸树脂2000吨,生产时间为7200小时/年,生产周期为12小时。

醇酸树脂是极为重要的树脂产品,尤其是在涂料领域,因其生产原料的多样化,对石油依赖性低,且大多价格低廉,同时在生产工艺方面又相对简单,得到的产品综合性能却又相对优异,应用范围极为广泛,几乎可以说凡是可以用涂料的地方都有醇酸树脂存在的身影。因其种种优点,醇酸树脂的产量已经占到涂料生产总量的20-25%。

但风光的背后也存在着隐忧,醇酸树脂的水性化并不是十分成功。而在可预见的未来里,水性涂料必然是市场的宠儿,如果不能抓住市场的需求,必然会被市场所淘汰。于是,我们的目光便投向了衣康酸,希望能够利用其生产出合适的醇酸树脂。

衣康酸又名亚甲基丁二酸,是一种生物质酸,对石油不存在依赖性。同时作为二元羧酸,衣康酸含有不饱和双键,其化学性质十分活泼,不仅可以自身发生反应,也能与其他单体进行共聚,发生各种酯化反应,加成反应和聚合反应,从而制备满足新时代市场需求的,低污染低能耗的高分子材料。因此,本文中利用衣康酸和邻苯二甲酸酐同时作为二元酸,与甘油和油酸进行新型醇酸树脂的合成。

本次设计先对衣康酸醇酸树脂的性质、发展现状以及应用进行阐述,并对醇酸树脂的制备工艺进行研究。同时在确定了生产工艺后,基于年产量要求,完成了相应的生产工艺设计,包括工艺计算、设备计算、车间布置及环境保护完成设计说明书,并绘制了5张A1图纸工作量的工程图。

Abstract

The purpose of this design is to design the production process of itaconic acid alkyd resin. The design capacity is to produce 2000 tons of itaconic acid alkyd resin every year, with a production time of 7200 hours / year and a production cycle of 12 hours.

Alkyd resin is a very important resin product, especially in the field of coating. Because of the variety of raw materials, low dependence on oil, low price and relatively simple production process, the product has relatively excellent comprehensive performance and wide application range. Almost all places where coating can be used have alkyd resin Shadow. Because of its various advantages, the production of alkyd resin has accounted for 20-25% of the total production of coatings.

But there are also worries behind the scenery. The waterborne alkyd resin is not very successful. In the foreseeable future, water-based coatings are bound to be the darling of the market. If they can't catch the market demand, they will be eliminated by the market. Therefore, our attention is focused on itaconic acid, and we hope to use it to produce appropriate alkyd resin.

Itaconic acid, also known as methylene succinic acid, is a kind of biomass acid, which has no dependence on oil. At the same time, itaconic acid, as a binary carboxylic acid, contains unsaturated double bonds, and its chemical properties are very active. It can not only react on its own, but also copolymerize with other monomers, produce various esterification reactions, addition reactions and polymerization reactions, so as to prepare polymer materials with low pollution and energy consumption that meet the market demand of the new era. Therefore, itaconic acid and phthalic anhydride are used as binary acids in the synthesis of new alkyd resin with glycerol and oleic acid.

In this design, firstly, the properties, development status and application of itaconic acid alkyd resin are described, and the preparation process of alkyd resin is studied. At the same time, after the production process is determined, based on the annual production requirements, the corresponding production process design is completed, including process calculation, equipment calculation, workshop layout and environmental protection design specification, and five A1 drawings are drawn.
