500吨天白酒生产废水处理工艺设计毕业论文

摘 要

白酒废水中含有机物数值高,厌氧-好氧是一个比较好的处理方式。对比其他方法,一个优点是有成熟的处理流程;第二是处置功效好,对COD和BOD有很高的去除率,正常情况可达85%-95%或以上;三是处理资本低;经由对各类处理工艺的比拟,终定选择ABR-接触氧化作为设计选用工艺。其处理程序为:

污水→粗格栅→细格栅→沉砂池→ABR厌氧池→接触氧化池→去毒→外排污泥→污泥泵房→浓缩脱水→污泥外运

该过程具有一个格栅和其他构筑,可起到调节水质水量的作用。生化工艺采取ABR-接触氧化工艺,可提升有机物的除去率。

Abstract

Wine waste-water has so much organics. The anaerobic-aerobiotic method will be a good method. Compared to physical and chemical method, biochemical has some advantage, such as mature technology, high treatment efficiency, which CODcr

And BOD5 remaval rate was high, gena nereally up to 80%-90%, and low operating cost. ABR-Contact Oxidation was finally selected as treatment process after comparing the various treatment processes. The method is:

Sewage→thick grid→fine screen bar→grit chamber→ABR anaerobic pools→contact oxidation→disinfection→emissions→sludge→sludge pumping station→thickening outgoing disposition.

The method has grid and other things, and it can adjust water quality and water yield.And we use the ABR-Contact Oxidation method to wipe out organics.
