摘要

桥梁是非常重要的路上交通设施,桥梁安全稳定的运行对促进经济发展有十分重大的作用,与此同时,桥梁的安全矛盾问题也和公民大众的生命财产安全密切联系。所以,为了保障公民大众的生命财产安全,保证经济的高速高质量发展,就必须对桥梁设施进行施工质量检查,科技发展至今,有许多检测桥梁质量的方法,其中最有效,最直观的方法就是对桥梁施加测试实验负载。在这其中,施加的负载划分为两大组成部分:静负载与动负载。静荷载,即根据桥梁设计之初所要求的载荷,对桥梁的某一位置施加一定的载荷进而用仪器来检测桥梁的结构位移程度以及最危险截面的最大弯矩和应力,并且从而推断桥梁是否可以满足运用的要求。动载测试实验就是使用很强的激振模式激起桥梁组成结构震动,从而评定桥梁组成结构固有频次、阻尼比、振型、冲击负荷参数等原始推动力特征,判定桥梁组成结构总体作用强度、行车作用功能是否满足详细的运用要求。本文以k23 928中桥为研究对象,主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:

首先介绍桥梁的基本形式,荷载试验的重要意义以及国内外关于荷载试验方法的发展现状和相关的道路桥梁检测内容。

其次,介绍对桥梁进行动,静荷载试验的基本流程和注意事项。

最后,结合具体工程,详细解说具体操作,利用Midas civil进行建模以及施加荷载并通过电脑计算得出桥梁的设计是否满足其使用的需要。

Abstract

Bridges are very important road traffic facilities. The safe and stable operation of Bridges plays a very important role in promoting economic development. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out quality inspection on the construction of bridge facilities. With the development of science and technology, there are many methods to test the quality of Bridges, among which the most effective and intuitive method is to apply test loads on Bridges.Among them, the applied load is divided into two parts: static load and dynamic loadStatic load, that is, according to the load required at the beginning of the bridge design, a certain load is applied to a certain position of the bridge, and then an instrument is used to detect the structural displacement degree of the bridge and the maximum bending moment and stress of the most dangerous section, so as to infer whether the bridge can meet the needs of useDynamic load test is to use a certain method to stimulate the vibration of the bridge structure, and then measure the natural frequency, damping ratio, vibration mode, impact coefficient and other dynamic characteristics of the bridge structure, so as to judge whether the overall stiffness of the bridge structure and driving performance meet the specific use needs.This paper takes the middle bridge of k23 928 as the research object, and the main research contents include the following aspects:

First of all, the basic form of bridge, the importance of load test, the development of load test methods at home and abroad and the related content of road and bridge test are introduced.

Secondly, it introduces the basic flow and matters needing attention of the static load test.

Finally, the concrete operation was explained in detail in combination with the specific engineering. Midas civil was used for modeling and load application, and the design of the bridge met the needs of its use through computer calculation.
