滨海港区“丁字型”码头船舶靠离泊方案毕业论文

摘 要

丁字型码头是一种特殊码头,运用丁字型码头靠泊的方式称为“丁靠”,其可以使船舶在同样面积下停泊的数量达到最多,效费比高,不过适用环境严苛,多适用于风平浪静的水域;适用船舶有滚装船、杂货船、散货船等。目前丁字型码头使用较少,尤其是海港中的丁字型码头更少。

运用丁字型码头的船舶多为中小型船舶,航行能力较好,操作灵活,对于船只较多的港口了来说是个问题,需要辅助较多。但是对于滨海港来说还好点儿,虽然此港的船舶也很多,但是航道较为平直,只有一个转向点。总体而言,关键看引航员、船长、和拖轮的辅助。

江苏省盐城市滨海港区丁字型码头为服务于滨海港北港池后方产业的专用码头,设计代表船型为3000GT及以下吨级散货船、杂货船,在泊位间设置了辅助靠泊平台,计划建设6个泊位,3个辅助靠泊平台。滨海港北港池主要发展大宗运输,需要的船舶多为散货船和杂货船,知此处的丁字型码头靠离泊船舶也如此[1]

《海港总体设计规范》(JTS165-2013)的相关条款显示,小于或等于3000GT的滚装泊位,可以采用丁靠方式布置。可见,该项目码头平面布置在条约规定的情况下,滨海港丁字型码头的设置要符合规范的各项要求,合理运转。

船舶运动量可分为六个方面:纵荡、横荡、垂荡、横摇、纵摇、首摇。船舶靠离泊丁字型码头需要千万注意这六个方面。对于这六方面对于船舶靠离泊的影响不论国外还是国内都有过很多研究,内容丰富。

本文以上述船舶运动量分析为依托,对船舶进出港、船舶港内航行、船舶靠离泊等开展了一系列分析,分析船舶在风、浪、流三者作用下在滨海港“丁字型”码头的靠离泊。

船舶靠离泊受多种自然因素和人为因素影响,在自然因素中,风、浪、流是三个主要的影响,如果利用得当,船舶的靠离泊会变得非常方便,如果利用不当或条件极端恶劣,船舶的靠离泊则会变得非常困难。

各种《规范》《标准》严格表明了船舶靠离泊和使用丁字型码头的要求,需严格执行。

论文工作中,通过文献查询了解论文课题的研究进展,发现使用丁字型码头进行靠离泊的资料非常少,且多为滚装船,计算船舶运动量是否可满足船舶安全靠泊的要求。本毕设需要结合散/杂货船与丁字型码头的特性来研究,由于资料较少,应该会有一些缺陷。

Abstract

T-shaped wharf is a kind of special wharf. The method of using T-shaped wharf to berth is called T-shaped berth. It can maximize the number of ships berthing under the same area with high efficiency and cost ratio.However,its suitable environment is quite strict,suit to calm water area.The suitable ship have ro-ro ships,general cargo ships and bulk carriers.Up to now,the use of T-shaped whaef is still small,especially in the harbor.

T-shaped wharf ships are mostly suit to small and medium-sized ships with good navigation ability and flexible operation, which is a problem for ports with more ships and requires more assistance. However, it is better for the binhai port. Although there are many ships in this port, the channel is relatively flat and there is only one turning point. In general, the key to the pilot captain and tugboat assistance。

The t-shaped wharf in binhai seaport district, yancheng city, jiangsu province is a special wharf serving the rear industry of the bei area of binhai port. Its representative ship is 3000GT and below ton bulk carrier and general cargo ship, It has set up auxiliary berthing platforms between berths, and plans to build 6 berths and 3 auxiliary berthing platforms.The north harbor basin of binhai port mainly develops bulk transportation, and the ships in need are mostly bulk carriers and general cargo ships, as well as t-shaped wharf berthing ships.

According to the relevant provisions of the general design specification for seaports (jts165-2013), ro-ro berths less than or equal to 3000GT can be arranged in a "T" mode. It can be seen that the layout of the wharf of this project is in accordance with the provisions of the treaty. The t-shaped wharf of binhai port should meet the requirements of the regulations and operate reasonably.

The amount of motion of a ship can be divided into six aspects:surging,swaying,heaving,rolling,pitch,yaw. These six aspects should be paid attention to at the t-shaped wharf. There have been a lot of studies on the impact of these six aspects on ship berth both at home and abroad with rich contents.

In this paper, based on the above ships carry momentum analysis, to the ship or unberthing ships in port ships carried out a series of analysis, This paper analyzes the docking and departure of ships at the T-shaped wharf of binhai port under the action of wind, wind and current.

Ship berthing is affected by various natural factors and human factors. Among the natural factors, wind,wave  and flow are the three main influences. If properly used, ship berthing will become very convenient; if not properly used or in extremely bad conditions, ship berthing will become very difficult.

Various specifications and standards strictly indicate the requirements of ship berthing and t-shaped wharf, which should be strictly implemented.

In the paper work, through literature search to understand the research progress of the paper topic, it is found that the t-shaped wharf used for berthing is very little data, and most of them are ro-ro ships,to calculate the amount of exercise of the ship can meet the requirements of the safe berthing of the ship. This graduation design needs to be studied in combination with the characteristics of bulk/general cargo ship and t-shaped wharf. Due to the lack of data, there should be some defects.
