摘 要

锚地是港口的重要组成部分，同样的，锚地的建设也是港口建设的重要环节，锚地的规划直接影响到港口的建设规模，虽然地段对港口的建设起到了决定性的作用，但是锚地的建设却是关系到港口经济发展的命脉，随着经济全球化步伐的加快，国与国之间的联系不仅仅是政治上的联系，更多的可能凸显在经济交往中，跨国公司的崛起，物资在不同国家之间传递，以及我国长江黄金水道的建设步伐加快，习近平总书记关于长江经济带建设的意见等等，都凸显了长江在中国经济中的地位，而船舶、港口以及锚地则是经济发展的关键，近年来，长江上航行的船型不断更新换代，这使得长江上的交通流越来越大，长江沿岸港口与锚地在经济发展的今天显得捉襟见肘，对港口和锚地的重新规划变得十分重要和紧迫。

本文从纵向的角度对锚地设置进行研究，对锚地设置分要素进行分析，通过几个基本概念的理解，进入对锚地这个概念理解，通过九江港这一实际港口分析，得出相应的计算方法，并用这个计算方法计算的结果与现在九江港的现状进行对比，重点从锚地选址和锚地容量两大块研究，通过对锚地选址的影响因素分析和锚地容量影响因素的分析，得出影响因素对结果的影响机制，最后通过导师给的相应的数据，对九江港的港口建设提供一些建议，希望得到港口有关方的采纳。

Abstract

Anchorage is an important part of the port, in the same way, the construction of the anchorage is also an important part of the port construction, anchorage planning directly affect the port construction scale, although the area played a decisive role in the construction of the port, but the construction of the anchorage is relation to the port, the lifeblood of economic development, with the quickening pace of economic globalization, the contact between countries is not only a political contact, more can highlight in economic activities, the rise of multinational corporations transfer between materials in different countries, as well as our country the acceleration of the construction of the Yangtze river golden waterway, xi jinping, general secretary of the construction of the Yangtze river economic belt of the opinions, etc., Underlines the Yangtze river in the position in the Chinese economy, the ships, ports and anchorage is the key to economic development, in recent years, the ship sailing on the Yangtze river continuously upgrade, which makes the traffic flow in the Yangtze river is more and more big, along the Yangtze river port and anchorage in today's economic development limited, a new planning of ports and anchorage has become very important and urgent.In this paper, from the Angle of vertical anchorage set for research, analyze the factors of anchorage set points, through the understanding of the concepts of a few basic understanding into the concept of anchorage, through the analysis of actual port of jiujiang port, the corresponding calculation method, and the calculation method for the calculation of the results compared with the current situation of jiujiang port now, the focus from anchorage location and anchorage capacity of two large pieces of research, through analyzing the influencing factors on site selection of anchorage and anchorage capacity analysis of affecting factors, mechanism of the influence of influence factors on the results, finally through the mentor to the corresponding data, provide some advice to the port of jiujiang port building, Hope to be adopted by the relevant parties of the port.

1.1 研究背景

在经济全球化的条件下，国际联系越来越紧密，我国在加入世界贸易组织以来经济一直保持高速增长，而水路运输在国际货物运输中一直扮演着重要的角色，在水路运输中有几大基本要素，分别是船舶，港口和锚地。而锚地作为承载船舶的地方，在货物运输中一直扮演着重要的角色，当船舶没有港口靠泊时，他们可以利用锚地来进行适当的休整，等待港口出现空缺泊位，当港口条件不适合卸货时，船舶也可以选择在锚地进行货物转移，这在一定程度上可以缓解港口的压力，然而经济的高速发展带来的问题就是船舶的船型、吨位的变化，船舶朝着快速化，大型化方向发展，而长江作为我国内河运输的一大载体，其在我国内河运输中的作用不言而喻，内河锚地在内河经济发展中也越来越重要，锚地作为港口的一个组成部分，一方面可以为船舶的安全作业提供保障， 另一方面可以为港口城市的发展提供有力保障。
