内河LNG船舶进出港交通组织优化研究毕业论文

摘 要

近年来随着我国对能源需求增长,液化天然气(LNG)作为重要清洁能源,对其需求也日益增加。长江沿岸经济发达,对LNG需求巨大,现阶段我国LNG运输方式主要是沿海运输,内河因为自身的限制条件,目前LNG船舶难以进入长江。LNG船舶因其自身特性,在内河发展中受到约束较多,一旦发生事故,在通航密度大的江苏段将会是灾难性的。因此保证LNG船舶的安全运输至内河的意义是巨大的,不仅保证沿岸人民的人身和财产安全,同时也防止LNG对生态环境的破坏。

本文通过应用对比分析法,对比分析长江江苏段与沿海典型港口(如曹妃甸港)的通航环境、航道条件、通航密度、锚地、助航标志、交通管制方面的差异性,结合曹妃甸港区船舶交通组织模式,探索性研究适合于长江江苏段LNG船舶进出港交通组织模式。从LNG及LNG运输船舶自身特点出发,来确定LNG船舶对通航环境的要求。通过对长江江苏段通航环境进行分析,提出LNG船舶通航对周边船舶的两个影响模型,为长江江苏段LNG船舶对其他船舶的影响量化分析提供基础。同时从交通组织模式的角度,研究内河水域长江江苏段LNG船舶进出港交通组织模式的优化,结合长江江苏段的实际情况,在此基础上提出自己对于LNG船舶进出长江的对策及交通组织模式的优化建议。对未来LNG船舶进出长江江苏段的安全航行提供一定参考。

Abstract

In recent years, with the increase of energy demand in China, liquefied natural gas (LNG), as an important clean energy, is also in increasing demand. The economy along the Yangtze River is developed, and there is a huge demand for LNG. However, China's coastal LNG transportation is the main one, and inland LNG transportation ships start late, so it is difficult for LNG ships to enter the Yangtze River at present. Because of its own dangerous nature, LNG ships are subject to many constraints in the development of inland rivers, once an accident occurs. It will be disastrous in Jiangsu section with high navigation density. Therefore, it is of great significance to ensure the safe transportation of LNG ships to inland rivers, not only to ensure the safety of people and property along the coast, but also to prevent the damage of LNG to the ecological environment.

In this paper, by using the method of analysis and comparison, the differences of navigation environment, channel conditions, navigation density, anchorage, navigation aids and traffic control between Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River and typical coastal ports (such as Caofeidian port) are compared and analyzed. Combined with the ship traffic organization mode of Caofeidian port area, the exploratory research is suitable for the traffic organization mode of LNG ships entering and leaving Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River. Based on the characteristics of LNG and LNG carrier, the requirements of LNG carrier for navigation environment are determined. Based on the analysis of the navigation environment of Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River, this paper puts forward two impact models of LNG ship navigation on surrounding ships, which provides a scientific basis for the quantitative analysis of the impact of LNG ship on other ships in Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River. At the same time, from the perspective of traffic organization mode, this paper studies the optimization of traffic organization mode of LNG ships in and out of Jiangsu section of Yangtze River in inland waters, and gives relevant suggestions. On this basis, the paper puts forward its own countermeasures for LNG ships entering and leaving the Yangtze River and optimization suggestions for traffic organization mode. It will provide some reference for the safe navigation of LNG ships in and out of Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River in the future.
