本文主要讲述了针对吾悦广场物业管理的招标方案和投标方案,第一部分是招标文件,主要包括了招标人及招标项目的简介、物业管理服务内容及要求,对投标人及投标书的要求,评标标准和评标方法等内容;第二部分是投标文件,主要包括商务文件和技术文件。张家港吾悦广场位于城南区域核心地段,暨阳湖南侧的南二环路与金港大道交汇处,总建筑面积达7万多平方米。

Wu Yue square Property management bidding

Abstract

This paper mainly tells the story of for wu Yue square property management program of invite public bidding and bidding scheme. The first part is the tender documents, mainly including the bidding and tendering project introduction, property management services to the content and requirements, bidders and the tender requirements and evaluation criteria and standard method and content; the second part is the tender documents, including business and technical documents.Zhangjiagang Wu Yue square is located in the south area of the core area, Hunan Jiyang side of the south two ring road and Golden Port Road Interchange, a total construction area of more than 7 square meters. On the basis of the overall planning of the city of Zhangjiagang for ten years, the future development trend of the city expansion southwards, south of Hong Kong as one of the Yangtze River Delta logistics center, the planning for the high-tech trade zone, and the introduction of a number of high-tech industries, optimize the city industrial structure, enhance regional value level.
