环境信息披露的市场反应研究——基于中国石化的案例分析开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义及国内外研究现状
当今随着上市公司在国家经济发展中的影响力不断扩大，其对环境和公众的社会责任也越来越重。而近几年来国内外环境会议的开展和各种环境事件的频发都使得上市公司环境信息的披露显得越发重要。及时准确地披露环境信息，不仅是企业自身对环境保护的重视，也是企业对外部的公开和透明，更是取得公众信任、树立企业信誉和形象的一种手段。因此，本文对这一方面的研究对理论和现实都有着重要意义。
首先，这将丰富我国学术界对石化行业环境信息披露的现有研究成果。相比国外学者已有的研究成果，国内的研究还处于发展阶段，尚不是非常全面。本文以中国石化这一上市公司为案例，通过对具体事件的分析，为现有的理论研究增加了说服力。其次有利于倡导我国石化行业企业保护环境并汲取经验和教训。如果研究结果与本文所预期的一致，那么该研究不仅有利于中石化企业这一家企业主动承担环境中责任，也会鼓励其他企业投身环保事业，这也是符合可持续发展理念的。
2. 研究的基本内容
一．研究问题
近年来，我国重污染行业的上市公司在带动经济生产力的同时，也给环境带来了严重的污染。有的企业只顾提高自身企业价值、降低环境成本、谋取短期利益而刻意减少对环境信息的披露，这是一种很不负责任的行为。本文通过具体分析中国石化公司近几年披露的环境信息，来探讨该企业环境信息披露的市场反应。并倡导我国石油化工行业主动承担社会责任，及时披露环境信息。
二．研究思路
3. 实施方案、进度安排及预期效果
一、3月份之前确定研究主题，阅读并大致整理文献，确定研究方案并提交任务书和开题报告；
二、4月份之前进行案例分析和事件分析，完成毕业论文初稿；
三、5、6月进行论文修改和答辩。
