摘 要

08年始于美国并蔓延全球的金融危机，不仅对欧洲大陆各国的经济产生了深刻恶劣的影响，而且造成了全球通货紧缩，致使国际经济萎缩。我国经济全面对外开放程度较小,参与全球化的步伐缓慢，在一定程度上避免了美国次贷危机的正面冲击。然而这两年我国在通货膨胀与人民币升值的双重压力下，金融机构开始逐步收缩信贷资源。本文基于最新的金融形势即在金融危机后，我国经济形势明显好转，中小企业的信贷需求日益旺盛，尽管各界都在为中小企业的良性发展出谋划策，但是中小企业因外界或自身因素的影响制约，仍然处于资本市场的劣势方，融资形势依旧不容乐观。本文旨在探索在新的经济环境下，中小企业进一步融资发展的可能性。本文在阐述的过程中通过文献资料法，对中小企业的特点，和现状，以及目前在发展融资中遇到的问题。然后通过研究探讨制约中小企业融资的因素，找出融资难的原因并提出了建议和对策来解决融资困难。并且根据自己的专业知识、日常实践经历，翻阅文献借鉴国外经验，融合所有信息进行分析，从而提出自己的观点和看法。

Study on financing problems of small and medium sized enterprises

Abstract

2008 began in the United States and the spread of the global financial crisis, not only to continental Europe"s economy produced profound adverse effects, and the cause of the global deflation, resulting in international economic contraction. The economy of our country comprehensive opening to the outside world to a lesser extent, to participate in the slow pace of globalization, in a certain extent avoid the positive impact of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States. However, under the double pressure of these two years in our country inflation and RMB appreciation, financial institutions began the gradual contraction of credit resources. The latest financial situation based on that in the wake of the financial crisis, China"s economic situation significantly improved, the credit needs of small and medium-sized enterprises increasingly strong, although in all walks of life to give advice and suggestions for the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises, but SMEs due to the influence of external or internal factors restrict, still in inferior side of the capital market, the financing situation is still not optimistic. This paper aims to explore in the new economic environment, the possibility of further development of small and medium sized enterprises financing. This paper in this process through the literature data method, the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the status quo, and met in financing for development at present. Then through the research of factors restricting the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and identify financing difficult reason and put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures to solve the financing difficulties. And according to experience of their professional knowledge and daily practice, reading literature, use the experience of other countries for reference, fusion all of the available information, thus put forward the own viewpoint and the view.
