摘 要

盈利是公司进行生产经营活动的目的所在，同时还为企业的持续经营及发展奠定基础，因此，不管是企业的经营者、债权人还是股东等都非常重视分析企业的盈利能力。尤其是在现代新经济时代，股市起伏不定，上市公司的盈利能力吸引更多的公众关注。

本文着重分析上市公司的盈利能力，以各个公司定期公布的财务报表为数据来源，并选用成熟的杜邦模型为分析工具，从净资产报酬率等方面剖析公司盈利现状与不足之处，并提出相应的改善措施。

本文选取的样本公司为苏宁云商股份有限公司（简称苏宁），以该公司的资产负债表、利润表等为基础，采用杜邦分析模型，并运用杜邦三因素分析模型对影响苏宁盈利能力的各个因素进行分解，同时也采用了对比分析法与趋势分析法对相关指标进行横向与纵向的对比分析，综合评价了苏宁2012年-2014年的盈利能力，并提出有利于苏宁提高盈利能力的相关建议。

Abstract

Profitability is the purpose of company’s production and management activities , but also for the foundation of the sustained production of the enterprise and development , therefore, whether it is the operator of the enterprise, the creditors or shareholders attaches great importance to the analysis of the profitability of enterprises. Especially in the modern era of new economy, the stock market ups and downs, the profitability of listed companies attract more public concern.

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the profitability of listed companies, adopting companies’regularly published financial reports as the data source and selecting mature DuPont Model as analysis tools, from the rate of return on net assets, such as analysis of company profit status and deficiencies, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.

This paper selects a sample of firms for Su ningyun Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Suning Appliance), to the company"s balance sheet, income statement as the basis, the DuPont analysis model, and the use of Du Bangsan analysis model on the factors that affect the profitability of Suning Appliance decomposition, and using comparative analysis method and trend analysis of relevant indicators of horizontal and vertical contrast analysis, comprehensive evaluation of the Suning Appliance 2012 - 2014 years of profitability, and puts forward some conducive recommendations for improving the profitability of Suning Appliance.
