商业银行面对互联网金融的挑战及应对策略研究

摘 要

2013年被人们称为“互联网金融元年”,随着科技技术的发展,互联网金融开始进入人们的视线并被大众所熟悉应用。互联网金融高速发展的同时也引起了商业银行一连串的反应,商业银行在传统金融模式下的地位遭到挑战,面对互联网金融的影响,商业银行也正在积极的应对与转型。

随着互联网金融业务范围向传统金融业务领域逐渐渗透,商业银行固有的客户群、资金来源、利润等将被互联网金融分割,这给商业银行的经营管理带来巨大的挑战。本文目的在于希望通过对互联网金融与商业银行的经济研究来为现今商业银行的稳定发展出谋划策,以此规范我国经济市场的良性发展。

本文开篇首先回顾了国内外学者对互联网金融发展的看法和互联网对商业银行各项业务影响的相关文献,再对商业银行和互联网金融进行一个归纳性的概述,其中包括互联网金融的定义以及对互联网金融资源获得性强、交易信息相对对称性、无中介化、平等性这四个特点进行介绍。之后将互联网金融市场与传统金融市场分两方面进行比较,再重点介绍现阶段我国商业银行的经营现状以及互联网金融在我国的发展现状,然后从商业银行角度出发,分析目前中国互联网金融的发展现状以及其对商业银行的影响,并找出其发展存在的问题,从商业银行三大业务,资产业务、负债业务和中间业务层面分别阐述互联网金融对其产生的影响,再从这三个角度一一向商业银行提出建议和意见,为促进良好的金融环境,打造稳定发展的经济环境具有重大意义。

本文结论也就是本文最后向商业银行提出的现阶段业务改进建议,本文从商业银行的三大业务层面对商业银行提出改进建议,资产业务层面商业银行必须注重中小企业业务的发展前景,注意利用大数据时代的信息便利;负债业务层面商业银行必须优化客户体验增强客户粘性,注重业务流程的再造;商业银行必须在中间业务层面加强与互联网第三方企业的合作,将业务重心转向中间业务,优化企业利润结构。

The Challenges and Countermeasures of Commercial Banks in the Face of Internet Banking

Abstract

2013 was known as “the first year of Internet Finance” ,With the development of science and technology, the Internet finance came into sight and is familiar with. The rapid development of Internet banking and also caused the commercial bank a series of reactions, the status of commercial bank in the traditional financial model has been challenged, In the face of the impact of Internet banking, commercial banks are also actively coping with the transition.

With the gradual penetration of the Internet banking business area to the traditional financial business, commercial banks inherent customer base, funding sources, profit, etc., will be the Internet financial division, This brings great challenges to the management of commercial banks. The purpose of this paper is to hope that through economic study of Internet banking and commercial banking to commercial banks nowadays the stable development of ideas, in order to regulate the healthy development of the market economy in our country.

At the beginning of this paper, it firstly reviews the literature related to the effects of scholars at home and abroad to finance the development of the Internet opinion and Internet to the business of commercial banks, and a comprehensive overview of commercial banking and Internet banking. Including the definition of Internet banking and financial resources of the Internet access is strong, the relative symmetry of the transaction information, no intermediary, equality of these four characteristics are introduced. After financial markets, the Internet and the traditional financial market can be divided into two aspects, and then focuses on at the present stage of China"s commercial banks operating status and Internet banking in China"s development present situation and from the perspective of the Commercial Bank of, analysis of the current situation of the development of China"s Internet banking and the impact on commercial banks and find out the development of the existing problems, From the commercial banking business, business assets, liabilities business and intermediate business level respectively in this paper Internet banking to the effect of, then from three aspects: the one by one to the commercial bank put forward suggestions and opinions, in order to promote the good financial environment, to create a stable development of the economic environment is of great significance.
