摘 要

随着现代社会经济的发展，财务报表作为会计信息的重要载体，为其使用者及时地提供了多方面的财务信息，系统、全面地反映了会计主体之间的经济往来，因而企业相关利益者对财务报表的分析也越来越重视，现代社会经济的发展也越来越离不开财务报表的分析。

本文先是阐述了财务报表分析的研究背景、内容、目的、方法与意义，接着列出了与财务报表分析有关的理论知识，介绍了它的定义、原则、步骤、方法以及作用，随后站在报表使用者的角度，以湖北兴发化工集团股份有限公司近三年的财务报表为分析对象，把财务报表分析的相关理论知识作为分析依据，对其进行三大报表的分析和相关财务指标的分析，在此基础上用杜邦分析法来进行综合分析，以了解企业真实的经营状况，同时提出自己的看法和建议，以帮助企业决策者进行合理决策，然后再对财务报表分析的局限性作出总结，最后作出结语。

研究是否科学很大成分上决定于运用的方法是否合理，本文主要运用理论与实际相结合法、文献阅读法等研究方法来进行分析，我主要通过网络查询、借鉴和阅读书籍等方式来确定财务报表分析的理论框架，并在此基础上实现对案例公司近三年财务报表的分析，最后得出自己的结论。

1.1 研究背景

在经济发展的过程中，公司中的财务状态和管理状态出现了很大的变化。公司的所有权和经营权逐渐分离，尤其是在上市公司中，通常都会单独的聘请具有能力的管理人员来实现公司的整体管理。想要实现对于一个公司的全部了解，就要从经营的状态开始分析，也就是要研究这个公司披露的各种财务状态。在这种情况下，财务的报表成为了分析人员重点关注的对象，不管是公司内部的研究人员还是对外的相关投资者对于财务报表的关注度都在不断提高。

想要使得公司的财务报表是真实可靠的，就要通过合理的限制和强制性的措施进行公司的信息的管理。对于公司来说，财务报表是公司运行状态的总结，能够通过报表实现对公司的进一步规划。而对投资的人员来说，报表的作用是观测这个公司是不是值得进一步投资。所以，我们需要用更加全面、高效的方法来对财务报表进行分析，尽管报表所表现出来的只是一些会计数据，但其所表达的远远不只是数据那么简单，要透过这些数据去看到数据背后所隐藏的经济意义，这样才能够帮助企业外部利益相关者去接收到公司的具体业绩情况，才能够帮助企业寻找到自己在行业中的定位和企业未来的发展方向，并且预测公司的发展潜力。
