摘 要

在2020年全面小康到来之际，社会各方面展现出一派欣欣向荣的景象，人们在物质生活不断得到满足的情况下积极追求丰富的文化生活，舞蹈艺术的发展受到许多人的关注。但是，由于数字经济的发展与变革，舞蹈艺术的发展情况并不理想，我国在舞蹈作品的版权保护方面还存在着许多问题，这需要我们积极分析原因寻找对策。

本文正文部分将分为四章：

第一章，对本文所涉及到的数字经济、舞蹈艺术和法律版权的相关概念和内涵进行阐述和统一。

第二章，通过司法案例、数据以及相应的逻辑分析，对舞蹈作品的创作现状、作品版权登记的现状和版权保护的司法裁判现状进行分析和总结。

第三章，承接上一章对数字经济下舞蹈作品版权保护现状的总结，针对其中存在的问题进行分析与提炼。

第四章，为解决数字经济下舞蹈作品版权保护中存在的问题提出相对合理的解决方案。本着“发现问题——分析问题——解决问题”的思路，立足于前文对数字经济下舞蹈作品版权保护的现状分析和问题分析，提出相应的对策并阐述其中的理由和具体内容。

Abstract

With the arrival of a well-off society in 2020, all aspects of the society are showing a flourishing scene. People are actively pursuing a rich cultural life while being satisfied with their material life. The development of dance art has attracted the attention of many people. However, due to the development and reform of digital economy, the development of dance art is not ideal. There are still many problems in the copyright protection of dance works in China, which requires us to actively analyze the causes and find countermeasures.

The body part of this paper is divided into four chapters:

Chapter one expounds and unifies the concepts and connotations of digital economy, dance art and legal copyright.

The second chapter, through the judicial cases, data and the corresponding logical analysis, analyzes and summarizes the status quo of dance works creation, copyright registration and copyright protection.

The third chapter carries on the summary of the status quo of dance copyright protection under the digital economy and analyzes and refines the existing problems.

Chapter four proposes a relatively reasonable solution to the problems existing in the copyright protection of dance works in the digital economy.In line with the idea of "discovering problems -- parsing problems -- solving problems", based on the above analysis of the status quo and problems of copyright protection of dance works under the digital economy, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed and the reasons and specific contents are expounded.
