Abstract

With the development of modern science and technology, today's era is the information age, information barrier-free construction and development by more and more people's attention. As a special large group in the society, colleges and universities play a decisive role in both the country and the society. However, there are still many problems in the construction of information barrier-free in colleges and universities. It is very important to guarantee the development of information barrier-free in colleges and universities through certain relevant laws and policies so that teachers and students can more conveniently and quickly grasp and use information.
