摘 要

随着信息时代的到来，知识和信息已成为越来越重要的一种资源，一个成功的企业必将很好地管理公司内部的知识，并将知识为整个公司所用。企业信息化程度的高低对企业的发展就显得尤为重要，随着现阶段网络技术的发展，企业信息化，知识化逐渐形成了一股潮流，因此，必须加强对企业的知识化管理。而如何有效地积累，管理和共享知识，通过知识为企业创造价值，是企业所要研究的重点方向，正逐步被各企业所重视。

现阶段从国内外学者对企业知识门户的研究来看，还存在着安全性差、查找困难等诸多问题，本文提出的企业知识门户管理系统就是要解决这一问题，最终实现的目标是建立一个对企业知识资源进行分类管理，并且可以快速检索的知识门户管理系统。

本课题提出的企业知识门户管理系统，采用spring框架作为基础框架，配合MySQL作为后台的数据库，对知识门户的所需各个模块进行对象化，按照模型-视图-控制的标准MVC模式对企业知识管理门户进行实现，并以tomcat 作为发布服务器来实现。最终将拟实现对知识的分类与整合，将企业的知识资源进行了一种电子化的保存，完成的知识的延续，通过个人上传，让知识资源在企业内部共享成为了可能，按内容，权限等级对知识进行分类，实现了资源的局部共享与分类。通过管理员的知识审核的功能，完成对知识内容的过滤。

Abstract

As time went by .Information era is coming. Knowledge and information has become an increasingly important resource.A successful enterprise will managed within the company's internal knowledge very well. And use the knowledge for the entire company.The level of enterprise information is particularly important for the development of enterprises .with the development of technology of internet .Enterprise information, knowledge gradually formed a trend.So We should strengthen the management of the knowledge of enterprises.And how to effectively accumulate, how to manage and share knowledge, how to through the knowledge to create value for the enterprise, is the focus of the enterprise to study the direction, and gradually being valued by the enterprises.

At present,From the study of enterprise knowledge portal of domestic and foreign scholars .There are still many problems such as poor security, difficulty finding and so on.The paper is aimed to solve this problem.and finally to build a system which can classification management enterprise knowledge resources and quick search the resources you want.

The enterprise knowledge portal management system of this paper,is using the spring framework as a base framework,with MySQL as a background database.Object-oriented each module of the enterprise knowledge portal. According to the model - view - control of the standard MVC model of enterprise knowledge management portal to achieve, and use tomcat as a publishing server to achieve.Finally we will achieve the classification and integration of knowledge,and save the enterprise's knowledge resources as an electronic document,to keep it eternal.Through the personal upload,we make knowledge resources be shared within the enterprise it possible.Classify knowledge by content, privilege level,to achieve the local sharing and classification of resources. Through the administrator's knowledge audit function, to complete the knowledge of the content of the filter.

1.1 课题研究背景

20世纪90年代是一个知识经济的时代，同时也是信息化的时代，随着网络的普及，极大的改善和丰富了人们的生活、生产方式，也正因为如此，自90年代以来，国内外企业的境遇也发生了巨大的变化。信息化、知识化、信息爆炸、企业再造、各种变革随之而来。中国的企业不但面临着不断涌现的新技术、新生产方式的挑战，而且还面临着与发达国家跨国企业的竞争。在这种背景下，企业的成功则更多的取决于对企业知识的收集获取、整理传播知识信息的能力。而如何管理和利用好企业内部的知识资源，从外界获取有用的知识资源，为企业创造更多的价值，将是企业管理的又一新课题和重要任务^[1]。

与此同时，随着互联网的普及以及现阶段巨量数据的涌现，企业也逐步重视企业的信息化，企业管理的模式也正慢慢的向信息化转变，在这转变的过程中，各种信息化的系统应运而生。也在这些系统中企业知识门户正逐步显现出其优势。
