基于单片机的室内节能控制系统设计与实现

摘 要

随着社会的进步与科学技术的发展,人们越来越关心我们每个人息息相关的生态环境,各个国家都在设计与研发更为创新有效的技术去保护环境,控制污染。最近几年,节能产业将大量的精力和资金投入了节能技术的研究和相关产品的开发当中,其中,研发企事业单位室内节能装置,有着非常重要的作用,利用自动控制系统,能有效提高节能效果。本文设计并实现了基于单片机的室内节能控制系统。系统主要由单片机、传感器、蜂鸣器、信息显示等模块构成。采用51单片机作为主控芯片,采用继电器对超过阈值的温度进行控制,采用DS18B20温度传感器和GY-302环境光传感器采集环境信息。单片机通过I2C总线读取采集数据和处理数据,并在LCD1602液晶显示屏上进行显示。系统还具有报警功能。论文提出了系统设计方案,给出了具体的设计电路图及模拟仿真原理,通过实验研究证明,该系统能实时地对室内环境进行节能监测,具有一定的应用价值和较强的扩展性。

Design and Implementation of Indoor Energy Saving Control System Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

Abstract

Along with social economy development and science and technology progress, people are becoming increasingly concerned about the ecological environment, which is closely related to each of us. All countries are designing and researching more innovative and effective technologies to protect the environment and control pollution. In recent years, the energy saving industry will put a lot of energy and money into the research of energy saving technology and the development of related products, among them, the research and development of enterprises and institutions indoor energy saving device, has a very important role, the use of automatic control system, can effectively improve the energy saving effect. This paper designs and implements an indoor energy saving control system based on single chip microcomputer. The system is mainly composed of controller, sensor, information display and other modules. 51 MCU is used as the main control chip, DS18B20 temperature sensor and BH1750 ambient light sensor are used to collect environmental information, and relay is used to control the temperature over the threshold value. The microcontroller reads the collected data through I2C bus, and displays it on the LCD1602 LCD screen after processing. The system also has alarm function. In this paper, the design scheme of the system is proposed, and the specific design circuit diagram and simulation principle are given. Through the experimental study, it is proved that the system can monitor the indoor environment for energy saving in real time, which has certain application value and strong expansibility.
