CaCu3(Ti1-xZrx)4O12制备及其光热性能研究任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

cacu3ti4o12是一种体心立方钙钛矿结构的材料,在单晶形态学和陶瓷形态学中均表现出异常高的介电常数。

但目前对其光热性能上的研究未见报道,故采用固相法对其b位掺杂改性,制备并研究其光热性能。

通过对钛酸铜钙b位掺杂zr,研究其光热选择吸收性能 ,拓宽此类高介电材料在光热领域的应用,填补研究上的空白。
