微胶囊相变材料的制备研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着现代科技的不断发展,科学家们尝试将相变材料加入到建筑等多项领域中,借此提高能源的利用率及实现节能和环保舒适。但是因为相变材料自己也存在一些问题,例如,和基体材料难以结合,相变体积会发生变化,材料寿命不是足够长等问题,使其在墙体的应用方面受到了很大的限制。制作微胶囊是很好的解决办法。

本文使用十二醇作为芯材,使用三聚氰胺作为壁材,利用原位聚合法制备微胶囊相变材料,同时对制备出来的微胶囊进行性能表征。利用粒径分析仪、全功能稳定性分析仪分别对制得的乳液粒径和稳定性进行检测,利用SEM、粒径分析仪、DSC和TG分别对微胶囊的结构、表面形态、粒径和粒径分布、热性能进行表征。

用十二醇作为芯材,三聚氰胺为壁材,采用原位聚合的方法制作出微胶囊相变材料,后期使用不同的分析方法对制作出来的十二醇—三聚氰胺微胶囊的性能进行了检测和表征。实验采用了单因素变量法进行考察。不同的三聚氰胺和甲醛摩尔比、乳化剂种类、芯壁比、乳化时间、乳化时的搅拌速率等不同的因素对所制作的微胶囊的外观形态及热性能的影响,最后确定制备参数:以OP-10作为乳化剂、加入苯乙烯马来酸酐、三聚氰胺与甲醛摩尔比为1:3、乳化剂浓度为0.75%、SMA浓度为2%、芯壁比为1.5:1。红外分析结果显示,十二醇作为芯材,的确被三聚氰胺甲酸树脂包覆。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of modern science and technology, scientists try to phase change material is added to the building, and a number of fields, thereby improving energy utilization and realize energy-saving and environmental protection and comfort. But because of the problems such as phase change materials themselves, there are also some problems, for example, and the matrix material is difficult to combine, the volume phase transition will change, material life is not long enough the has been greatly limited in the application of wall. The encapsulated phase change material in wall materials, the formation of micro capsule is a good solution.

The dodecanol as the core material, the use of melamine as the wall material, by in situ polymerization preparation of microencapsulated phase change materials, at the same time of prepared microcapsules were characterized. Using particle size analyzer, fully functional stability analyzer respectively on the prepared emulsion particle diameter and stability were detected, using SEM, particle size analyzer, DSC and TG respectively structure of micro capsule, surface morphology, particle size and particle size distribution, thermal properties were characterized.

First, using dodecanol as the core material, using melamine as wall material by in situ polymerization method produce microencapsulated phase change materials, later use different methods of analysis of produced dodecanol melamine micro capsule performance for the detection and characterization of. Experiment was studied with the method of single factor variable. Different core wall ratio, molar ratio of melamine and formaldehyde, emulsifier, emulsifier (core material), emulsification time, emulsification of stirring rate of different factors to the fabricated micro capsule morphology and thermal properties of the impact, finally determine the preparation parameters: OP-10 as the emulsifier, adding styrene maleic Anhydride, melamine and formaldehyde molar ratio of 1:3, emulsifier concentration of 0.75%, SMA concentration of 2%, the core wall ratio of 1.5:1. infrared analysis showed that twelve alcohol as a core material, indeed, was coated with melamine resin.
