多孔硅基磁性/荧光纳米颗粒在pH和磁场调控下的药物释放
摘要
以硅片为原料,然后对硅片进行电解使之产生多孔硅也就是多孔状的硅。然后通过多孔硅与Fe/Au金属复合物进行超声结合然后表征反应多孔硅的磁性。而且多孔硅本身具有荧光效应,可以通过Au来控制光热效,四氧化三铁来控制磁性。然后模拟人体本身的酸碱度和肿瘤细胞的酸碱度,然后通过多孔硅和DOX进行吸附,然后观察多孔硅的药物释放。全程主要通过超声处理,测出的实验结果可与微波处理后的实验相比较,从而得出多孔硅的各方面性能与药物释放。

Drug release of porous silicon-based magnetic/fluorescent nanoparticles under the control of pH and magnetic field
ABSTRACT
The silicon wafer is used as a raw material, and then the silicon wafer is electrolyzed to produce porous silicon, that is, porous silicon. The magnetic properties of the reactive porous silicon are then characterized by ultrasonic bonding of the porous silicon and the Fe/Au metal complex. Moreover, the porous silicon itself has a fluorescent effect, and the photothermal effect can be controlled by Au, and the ferroferric oxide can be controlled to control the magnetic properties. Then, the pH of the human body and the pH of the tumor cells were simulated, and then adsorbed by porous silicon and DOX, and then the drug release of the porous silicon was observed. The whole process is mainly through ultrasonic treatment, and the measured experimental results can be compared with the experiments after microwave treatment, thereby obtaining various aspects of porous silicon performance and drug release.
