某屠宰废水处理工程初步设计文献综述

UASB-SBR联合处理工艺在屠宰厂废水处理中的应用
摘要:屠宰废水以有机污染物为主,浓度和水质变化大,普通活性污泥法处理屠宰废水很难达到处理要求,目前我国屠宰废水处理主要以生化处理为主,生化处理工艺包含厌氧生物处理和好氧生物处理。本设计的厌氧工艺为UASB,好氧工艺包含SBR。此UASB-SBR联合处理工艺处理屠宰废水具有处理效果好、能耗低、产泥少等特点。

Abstract:Slaughter wastewater is mainly organic pollutants, and the concentration and water quality vary greatly. It is difficult to meet the treatment requirements for the treatment of slaughter wastewater by ordinary activated sludge method. At present, the treatment of slaughter wastewater in China is mainly based on biochemical treatment, and the biochemical treatment process includes anaerobic biological treatment and Aerobic biological treatment. The anaerobic process of this design is UASB, and the aerobic process includes SBR. The UASB-SBR process treatment of slaughter wastewater has the characteristics of good treatment effect, low energy consumption and less mud production.

一、背景
屠宰业是我国出口创汇和保障供给的支柱产业之一,屠宰废水来自牧畜、禽类、鱼类宰杀加工,是我国最大的有机污染源之一。据调查,屠宰废水的排放量约占全国工业废水排放量的 6%[1]。屠宰场废水不仅含有大量皮毛、动物碎肉和粪便等杂物,还含有油脂、血污以及绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等致病微生物,颜色呈红褐色并有明显的腥臭味,SS 和 CODCr 浓度很高,对环境造成严重污染。COD。BOD氨氮、SS等指标均较高,可生化性优良,无毒性。屠宰废水受其生产过程的影响明显,其水质水量波动范围较大。[2]所以,屠宰场废水的治理是当前水处理领域重点需解决的问题之一。
