家电智能化对消费者购买家电决策的影响——以海尔智家为例毕业论文

摘 要

最近,在“物联网”这个不断增长的市场中,智能家居服务已经走到了前沿。自从这些智能家居服务被引入就被给予了快速成长的期望。然而,家电智能化并没有广泛的被消费者了解,也不是所有了解智能家居的消费者都会选择智能家居。随着5G时代的到来,智能家居的技术将会迎来巨大的飞跃,智能家居也将被更多人了解并接受。本文通过对家电智能化给消费者带来的感知有用性、感知易用性以及感知风险的研究。一方面丰富了智能家居行业中,对消费者购买意愿有影响的因素的研究。另一方面对智能家居企业进行更好的营销提供借鉴思路。

阅读文献后,确定研究内容为智能家居给消费者带来的感知有用性、感知易用性以及感知风险对消费者购买意愿的影响,本文使用PEST分析法以及波特五力模型,对智能家居行业的宏观环境以及以海尔公司例的智能家居企业面临的竞争环境进行了分析,了解到目前的宏观环境较为适合智能家居行业的发展,但该行业的竞争也十分激烈,要想在行业中脱颖而出,就必须不断提高自己的竞争力。

之后本文根据技术接受模型设计了问卷,进行数据收集与分析,从消费者的角度研究了家电智能化给消费者购买意愿带来的影响。从分析结果来看,对于智能家居产品,感知有用性与感知风险是影响消费者购买意愿的主要因素。感知易用性对购买意愿也有正向影响,但影响效果不显著。

根据前人研究所述,在智能家居行业中,消费者的感知风险主要分为感知性能、财务、隐私、心理风险四种。通过本文研究发现,其中有显著影响的是性能、财务、心理风险三种。影响程度由大到小分别为:财务风险gt;性能风险gt;心理风险。

最后,根据研究结果对智能家居企业提出了相应的策略建议。

Abstract

Recently, in the growing market of "Internet of Things", smart home services have come to the forefront. Since these smart home services were introduced, they have been given the expectation of rapid growth. However, smart home appliances are not widely understood by consumers, and not all consumers who understand smart homes will choose smart homes. With the advent of the 5G era, smart home technology will usher in a huge leap, and smart home will also be understood and accepted by more people. This paper studies the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk that consumer electronics will bring to consumers. On the one hand, it has enriched the research on the factors that have an impact on consumers' purchase intention in the smart home industry. On the other hand, it provides reference ideas for better marketing of smart home companies.

After reading the literature, it is determined that the research content is the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk that smart home brings to consumers. This article uses PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model The industry's macro environment and the competitive environment faced by smart home companies taking Haier as an example have been analyzed. It is understood that the current macro environment is more suitable for the development of the smart home industry, but the competition in this industry is also very fierce , You must constantly improve your competitiveness.

After that, this paper designs questionnaires based on the technology acceptance model, conducts data collection and analysis, and studies the impact of smart home appliances on consumers' purchase intention from the perspective of consumers. From the analysis results, for smart home products, perceived usefulness and perceived risk are the main factors that affect consumers' purchase intentions. Perceived ease of use also has a positive effect on purchase intention, but the effect is not significant.

According to previous research, in the smart home industry, consumers' perceived risks are mainly divided into four types: perceived performance, financial, privacy, and psychological risks. Through the research in this article, it is found that the three significant ones are performance, financial and psychological risks. The degree of influence is as follows: financial riskgt; performance riskgt; psychological risk.

Finally, according to the research results, it puts forward corresponding strategy suggestions for smart home enterprises.
