南京某学院教学楼C区结构设计(方案1)毕业论文

摘 要

根据社会对教学硬件设施的要求,拟在南京市拟建教学楼。 该楼做教学之用,集教室、多媒体室、实验室、电教室、活动室、计算机室、设计教室于一体。此教学楼采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,为“一”字型;外立面采用陶瓷锦砖贴面,柱子外露;建筑面积3776m2,共五层;顶层高为4.2m,其他为3.9m;开间多种分别为6.2m、进深7.2m,走廊3.0m。建筑物耐火等级2级,抗震设防烈度8度。设计中考虑垂直交通的需要和防火要求,设2部楼梯,各层均设置男女厕所、盥洗间。屋面为上人屋面设有保温层和防水层,采用外排水。

在确定了框架平面柱网布置之后,先进行了荷载分层汇总,接着利用顶点位移法求框架自振周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力。计算一榀框架在地震荷载、竖向恒载和活载的作用下,梁、柱的弯矩和剪力的大小,并进行了内力组合,并以一层为例选用最不利截面做出梁、柱的配筋并绘图。

本工程在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。最终,本工程设计计算结果满足各项规范要求并通过了节点验算。

Abstract

According to the social demand of hardware teaching facilities, Luoyang Electric Power Training Institute will build the classroom building in the Nanjing. The building is for teaching purposes and get classrooms, multimedia rooms, laboratories, electrical rooms, activity rooms, computer rooms and designed rooms together. The teaching building is using in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, as " Rectangular " shape. The Facades is using ceramics tiles and we can see the Columns outside. The construction area is about 3776m2 square meters. Northwest Electric Power Training Institute a total of 5 story; The first story is high as 4.2m,the other as 3.9, the bays is 6.2m; the Span is 7.2m, the width of the Corridor is 3.0m.The refractory grade was 2,the earthquake intensity was 8 degree. Taking into the vertical transportation needs and fire protection requirements in design, there are two stairs . Man and women toilets are set on each floor. The roof is exalted roof which is made of insulation layer and waterproof layer and it is external drainage.

In determining the distribution framework, the first story of representative value of the load, Then use vertex from the displacement method for earthquake cycle, and then at the bottom of shear horizontal seismic load calculation under size, then calculated the level of load under the Internal Forces (bending moment, shear and axial force). Then calculate vertical load (constant load and live load) under the Internal Forces..It needs to calculate the moment and shear force of a framework under the earthquake loads, vertical dead load and live load. At the same time, there is a need of an effective combination of internal forces. final, selecting the most disadvantageous sections to make beams and columns Reinforcement.

This project in the design process, in strict compliance with the relevant professional standard, reference to relevant information and the latest national standards and specifications, and design of the various components of a comprehensive scientific considerations. Finally, the engineering design calculation results meet the requirements and through the node calculation.
