摘要

本设计主要由两部分构成,分别是武汉市光谷A片区排水管网设计和污水处理厂设计。根据武汉市城区所处地理位置,排水管网采用雨、污分流制,就是把污水集中到一起,然后运送到污水处理厂,而雨水在收集后就近排入水体。考虑到水厂的规模以及出水水质要求,采用的工艺是AAO工艺。这套污水处理工艺的流程为:中格栅→提升泵房→细格栅→沉砂池→A-A-O生物反应池→二沉池→消毒池→出水排放。通过此工艺流程,污水处理厂出水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002一级A标准。

在本次设计中,对市政污水管道、雨水管道以及污水厂中的主要构筑物,例如格栅、沉砂池等都进行了详细的设计计算。

关键词: A-A-O同步脱氮除磷工艺、污泥处理、排水管网、污水处理、及污泥构筑物结构进行了详细计算。

Abstract

This design mainly consists of two parts, namely Wuhan drainage pipe network design and sewage treatment plant design . According to the geographical position of the urban area of Wuhan, the drainage pipe network using the rain sewage diversion system, the sewage is collected and transported to the sewage treatment plant, and the rainwater is discharged into the nearest water body after collection. The sewage treatment plant, according to the scale of sewage treatment plant and considering the demand of nitrogen and phosphorus removal, uses Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic simultaneous denitrification and phosphorus removal process. The process of sewage treatment process is: the medium screen→the pumping station→the fine screen→the grit pool→the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic biological reaction tank→the secondary settling tank→the filter→the disinfection tank→discharged into the river. The sludge treatment is used in the method of centrifuge enrichment firstly and then dehydration. After this sewage treatment process, the effluent water quality of the sewage treatment plant will reach the first class A standard of lt;lt;pollutant discharged standard of urban sewage treatment plantgt;gt;(GB18918-2002).

In this design, the major content is about the calculation and introduction of sewage pipe network, rainwater pipe network and the main structures in sewage treatment process such as medium screen, pumping station, fine screen, grit pool, Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic biological reaction tank, secondary settling tank, disinfection tank etc, in detail and systematically.
