摘 要

施工组织设计是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段，它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。随着近年来我国市场经济的发展、工程技术的革新、管理方法也将逐步实现现代化，因此对指导施工全过程的施工组织设计提出了更高的要求。本施工组织设计以该项目施工图纸及相关资料为依据，结合工程特点和工程概况进行工程总体安排和部署、主要分部分项工程施工方案的确定以及施工进度计划与资源需求用量计划的制定。详细阐述施工过程中在工程质量、工程进度、现场安全生产、文明施工等方面的可能存在的问题，并提出了相应的保证措施，以确保施工过程能有序的进行.

通过调查施工组织设计的需要，施工条件包括工程地质及水文地质条件，熟悉施工图纸，编制施工组织设计文件，合理规范的指导锦绣山湖15#楼工程施工。

The Construction Organization Design of Beautiful Lake 15# Building

Abstract

The consruction organization design is carried out scientific managent of construction activities, it has an important means of strategy and tactics of the dual role. with the development of market economy in China in recent years, engineering and technical innovation, management methods also will gradually achieve modernization,thus to guide the construction process of the construction organization design put forward higher requirements.The construction design for the project construction drawings and related data, based on characteristics and work with engineering profile of the overall project organization and deployment of some of the major sub-project construction plan and construction schedule to determine resource requirements and the amount of planning.Elaborate on the quality of the construction process in engineering, construction progress, site safety, construction and other aspects of civilization, possible problems, and the corresponding assurance measures to ensure the construction process can be orderly.

By investigating the needs of the construction organization design, construction conditions including the engineering geological and Hydrogeological conditions, be familiar with the construction drawings,preparation of construction organization design documents, the guidance of the reasonable standard Mountain garden project construction.

1.1.1 工程概况

本工程位于湖南省耒阳市五一西路锦绣山湖3#地块小区。本工程为该地块的15#楼为商住楼，总建筑面积为6413.6平方米(全楼共14 1层，一层、二层为商场，三至十五层为住宅，建筑总高度为49.350米。)

1.1.2 编制说明

本施工组织设计是根据贵公司提供的施工招标文件及招标答疑文件，在编制过程中我们力求做到：方案内容全面，经济合理，技术先进，措施得力；工期、质量、安全、文明施工等目标明确。本施工组织设计在中标后将根据合同和施工图及现场实际情况作修订补充，经业主和监理批准后再行执行。
